Lakeview Golf Club
About
Lakeview Golf Club is a favorite amongst Delray Beach locals. It is a par-60 executive layout that offers the perfect level of challenge for beginners, juniors, and senior golfers. It is the sister course to Delray Beach Golf Club, a championship course that is less than a mile away. Opened in 1972, the golf course has a classic design that measures just over 3,000 yards. The terrain is mostly flat, making it an enjoyable course to walk. Despite its length the holes have the feel of a championship course. There are 14 par 3s, a fair share of which are quite challenging as opposed to the uniform par 3s you see on some executive courses. For more advanced players, it is a great place to get in a quick round of practice.

nice course
Unable to play all 18 holes because course was backed up. Finished 9 holes and quit.
Frustrating to wait so long to play next shot. Loose your rhythm.
Great staff except for one!
LOVE this course, as it's reasonably priced year round. The fairways and greens are NOT perfect, but its a great place to work on my game. EVERY outside staff member is phenomenal. Inside just one staff member has an attitude problem believing her job is way more important than allowing the outside crew to manage things (as ALL courses I worked at allowed) who gave me a major attitude on the day of my tee time. She was upset someone walked in WITHOUT a tee time and tried to pressure her into allowing him to play with someone who had a time booked. NOTHING like my situation, but she gave me an earful. I ALWAYS talk up this course as a gem, but all it takes is one staff member to give me hesitation.
Nice course
We were impressed with the condition of the course. The greens were in pretty good condition with just a few bad areas. It’s our favorite course in the area. Will be playing here more during our vacation.
Too many front tees. most tee boxes are not flat and lousy grass.
Great Course for Beginners and Practice!
Lakeview is a fantastic option for beginners or any golfer who’s serious about improving their game. If you’re looking for a place where you can practice consistently without the high cost holding you back, Lakeview is definitely worth it. An 18-hole round is affordable enough to play several times a week, making it easy to commit to getting better.
There aren’t a lot of frills to distract you — just a modest par 3/par 4 course that lets you really focus on technique and fundamentals. The staff is super friendly, easygoing, and always helpful, which makes the experience even better.
Enjoyable
Enjoy playing this course always friendly and meets our type of golf play.
Good value for executive course
The staff is always friendly, course is in good shape overall, some of the green could use an overhaul. I I’ll play there again soon.
