Lakeview Golf Club
About
Lakeview Golf Club is a favorite amongst Delray Beach locals. It is a par-60 executive layout that offers the perfect level of challenge for beginners, juniors, and senior golfers. It is the sister course to Delray Beach Golf Club, a championship course that is less than a mile away. Opened in 1972, the golf course has a classic design that measures just over 3,000 yards. The terrain is mostly flat, making it an enjoyable course to walk. Despite its length the holes have the feel of a championship course. There are 14 par 3s, a fair share of which are quite challenging as opposed to the uniform par 3s you see on some executive courses. For more advanced players, it is a great place to get in a quick round of practice.

Tee conditions were bad!
We are snow birds in the area for a few months. This is the third time we have played this course this month and it will be the last. The tee boxes have gotten continuously worse every time we played. This round it was hard to find any grass at all. Like playing off of beach sand. Staff was awesome, but still won't be back!
Pleasant Surprise
We loved playing this exec course, lots of fun holes and bit of wildlife (mostly birds) too. Not fancy, playable and good place for all levels to enjoy the game of golf.
A bit expensive for the course
It's not that's its very expensive, but as it is a short course the price is about 15 dollars more than I think should be the cost. The course is in good shape. Greens good. Fairways good. Tee boxes not so good. Overall I enjoy playing this course as it is not too difficult and you should not lose more than a couple balls if any.
Exeutive course
Great place to work on your short game. Played it today for the first time, and will definitely return.
SLOW GREENS!
They have been working on improving this course. Last year they completely replaced a few greens- specifically #1 and 18 that I am aware of. Today, Those were the worst AL, greens were the slowest I have ever seen. Bumpy, slow, with lots of bare spots. TEE BOXES were beat up, but were being worked on. They planted new trees but they don’t look very well. Hopefully they take root. Will return in the fall - I hope the landscapers can improve the conditions
Executive course
Great spot to work on your short game. 5 par 4’s so you can use that driver if you want. Greens were a little slow but it’s that time of year. We will definitely return to try and get that short game going.
1st and 18th greens not good. rest ok. very short course. only 4 par 4s. played most irons i have used in a long time.
Improved
Returning to Florida as snowbirds, found a great improvement to the course. My wife and I always enjoy playing here at this Lakewiew executive , it fits our senior style of playing. Our only concern is at times the slow pace of some players
