About
Lakeview Golf Club is a favorite amongst Delray Beach locals. It is a par-60 executive layout that offers the perfect level of challenge for beginners, juniors, and senior golfers. It is the sister course to Delray Beach Golf Club, a championship course that is less than a mile away. Opened in 1972, the golf course has a classic design that measures just over 3,000 yards. The terrain is mostly flat, making it an enjoyable course to walk. Despite its length the holes have the feel of a championship course. There are 14 par 3s, a fair share of which are quite challenging as opposed to the uniform par 3s you see on some executive courses. For more advanced players, it is a great place to get in a quick round of practice.

“Executive course”?
Okay for a short quick game, but I wouldn’t consider this an executive course due to the unwelcoming proshop attendant and lack of clubhouse.
Good course for a casual challenge
Just a couple of hacks here, but this course has enough challenging dynamics to keep you on your toes! A good time as always.
Got to play
On the way to the course a few drops came down. Figured we wouldn’t be able to play and we’d go for breakfast. But the golf gods were on our side. By the time we got to the course it stopped and we got in our round. Hardly anyone was there and we finished in record time. So it turned into another fun day. We ask the golf gods “never rain on Wednesday”

Great place for a quick round.
All the staff is always lovely, great pace, great quick holes.
Easy course
This course is easy to get around but the tees, fairways, greens and cart paths are in poor condition. Looks like they haven’t spent any money to make repairs or improvements in years. Looks like they only cut the grass…what little there is. Staff is friendly though!

Great course
Great walking course. Layout was good for practicing the short game. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Another fun day
The weather was beautiful. The pace of play was great. What more could you want? Oh yes, I could have played better but you can’t have everything. It was another fun day.

I always enjoy playing here. Today was a perfect day weather wise. The greens are in great shape but the fairways need some work. Play here once a week . The staff are very friendly. Looking forward to next week.
Another great dAy
It was extremely windy today which made it more fun. The greens are in excellent shape. Fairways could use a bit of work. Pace of play was pretty good considering we were a twosome and there was a threesome in front of us and a foursome in front of them. Play here every week and love the course. Can’t wait till next week.
