About
Lakeview Golf Club is a favorite amongst Delray Beach locals. It is a par-60 executive layout that offers the perfect level of challenge for beginners, juniors, and senior golfers. It is the sister course to Delray Beach Golf Club, a championship course that is less than a mile away. Opened in 1972, the golf course has a classic design that measures just over 3,000 yards. The terrain is mostly flat, making it an enjoyable course to walk. Despite its length the holes have the feel of a championship course. There are 14 par 3s, a fair share of which are quite challenging as opposed to the uniform par 3s you see on some executive courses. For more advanced players, it is a great place to get in a quick round of practice.

Cute but needs work
It was my first time playing here. Played the round with two buddies. Nice executive course but many of the tee boxes were under repair and a lot of the greens needed work. Many of the holes played shorter due to the temporary tee boxes. Nice course to work on your short game. Hopefully they can improve the conditions. Would give it another shot and play it again.

Other than that, a nice place to work on the game.

We would never go back!
I believe that golf now gave us 3 1/2 stars.. Almost every Teebox was closed and they moved up the tee off so close it wasn’t even a par three is more like a par one and a half took the challenge out of playing and the fun! Going to call you to find out how we can get our money back because it was not worth the The $40 we paid. It was the first time we ever used golf now it was recommended from a friend hoping this is the only occasion something like this. What happened?

Good for Beginners
The course is not very well kept and there was a TON of animals roaming the course which I didn’t mind. The course is good for people just wanting to try golf for the first time.

Fast play
Greens were not in very good shape at all, but the play was quick and the course was not crowded.

This course is getting better…greens and tee boxes still have a ways to go but now you can play in about 2 hours so good value!

Solid reasonably priced option for golf….
This is a great executive course with a pretty solid challenge because there is some water and sand traps. You have to clear..
The staff here are absolutely fantastic and top-notch!!
The greens are not wonderful and they are supposed to be getting upgraded and fixed very shortly at which point I have been told the course may close for a couple of months.

Course in poor shape very little grass on tees. Staff is exceptional. Said next month will be reworking course
