About
White Oaks Country Club is carved from the mature pinelands of Newfield in south Jersey. Towering oak trees frame the golf course, separating each hole and giving each one a secluded feel. There are several challenges in store on this layout including massive strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, but it is also forgiving enough to accommodate beginners. The golf course does not have just one hole that it considers its signature but in fact, multiple holes. There is the par-5 seventh which stretches to a monstrous 621 yards and the par-4 ninth features a tricky second shot over water to a double green. These two challenging holes take advantage of the landscape's natural contours. The 17th is yet another signature hole, it has been voted the "toughest par 3 in South Jersey."

Outstanding greens. Some of the best I’ve played all year. Layout is fun and challenging. The staff is very friendly and laid-back and the food at Oaks Bar & Grill is excellent. Fairways, tee boxes and sand traps (still too many rocks) need improvement. Just my opinion, but it seems like trees could be thinned out and lower branches trimmed to improve playability and allow more sunlight to filter through the course.

left a bluetooth speaker in cart
Called the course within a half hour of ending and they said they asked the cart attendant who said he didn't find it. I asked them to re-check the carts. Someone went downstairs to check carts and did not find it. They took my number. Next day I went to the course and asked. They said it did not turn up. I asked if the carts were used for one round or two. They said just one. So the speaker had tp be in the cart went it was put inside around noon. I have no idea hoe they could not have found the speaker. It was a large Soundcaore speaker that I paid $150 for. So Frustrating - ultimately my fault but I just don't see how someone didn't find it.

Honestly, I consider a 4 star rating very good, and a compliment. 5 stars would be a course for which every hole is like a postcard from tee to green, for a reasonable price. Your staff are generally pleasant and sometimes very friendly. I'm a fan of White Oaks!

Course was a lot of fun
Greens were in excellent shape, but tricky. Really had to pay attention to lines and pace

Poor tee boxes,poor fairways,many stones in so called waste bunkers greens were OK
Pace fair. Too many 2 somes not paired.
Price TOO high for course.
Buena and Pinelands are better deals and conditions.
