About
Dunedin Golf Club was carved out of citrus groves and was the PGA National Golf Course until 1962. The golf course itself is delightful. From elevation changes to a river that bisects the course, you can just feel the aura of the great golfers who have played here. Bobby Jones, Gene Saraze, Ben Hogan, Sam Snead, Byron Nelson, Paul Runyan to name a few have participated in tournaments here. Dunedin Country Club is located in Dunedin, minutes from the beaches, many restaurants and several top hotel options. Dunedin Golf Club is a Donald Ross creation.

Workers in the way
Not a bad track. It was in pretty good shape and nice layout. But the workers were following us from hole to hole getting in the way when there was no one behind us. This happed for about 5 holes. Golf is hard enough I don’t need to worry about hitting a worker and getting sued. And it’s not relaxing when you have workers all over you all the time making noise.
To much work needed
There were to many areas that they are working on around the course. Needs some healing.
Beware
Played there 2 weeks ago, had 2 holes shortened to Par 3’s due to standing water. This past Sunday had 3 holes shortened to Par 3’s. Not their faults, just want the public to know before getting there.
Poor Condition. Maintenance !!!!!
Partially My own Fault. We have had Torrential rains!!!! Course was a Giant Sponge. It Should have been CLOSED UNPLAYABLE!!!!! I was made worse with Mowing , making Troughs in fairways!!!! Greens were Ariated and Sanded !!!!
I needn’t say More. It’s a Fabulous Donald Ross design!!!! With Incredible History !!!!!!
Good course but wet
Par 5s on the back have both been reduced to par 3s because fairways are sodden. Good layout playing quite long in present wet condition.
Good Country Club Course
Course is under renovations. That being said the course and greens are in good shape, the fringes and hills around greens are being renovated so they are not the best. I’m excited to se the course once all the renovations are finished.
Nice layout but the course isn’t well maintained
The course has a nice layout and long. But multiple fairways are bare, with bald spots, and weeds. I wouldn’t recommend this course.
Great course!
I love this course! The fairways are huge, but play slim with most holes being lined on both sides. I was so impressed that I'm going to become a member.
