Indian Hills Golf Course

Course always in good shape. Best training course I have ever played after raining. Drain very well. Course plays great, layout challenging for professional and beginners.

Every tee box was bacically dirt and the fairways were full of bare spots and weeds.

First time playing this course, and I will be back. Great public course, no houses. The fairways give you an extra 10-20 yards, you gotta love the extra yards. Greens are fast.

I really love this course.

Enjoyed a day out on the links with Paul, Matt and John all very good players moved along in 4 hrs for 18 holes. Over all condition a little rough thru 1 to 18 holes, course needs a MAJOR over haul. Value for the dollar not worth $45.00 more like a $30 course.

Slow play (group behind driving into our group several times while we waited for group in front of us). 18th green was almost unplayable with sand from recent top dressing (not mentioned when checking in)

For the price you really can’t beat it in this area. There are some challenging holes yet the fairways are pretty wide and you don’t have to worry about hitting houses if you let one stray. It looks like they are clearing brush and also improving the fairways and greens at the moment. I’m told they have a new greens keeper. The cart paths are in great shape and the bunkers have the softest sand I’ve ever seen. The pro shop and snack shop are nothing special but I’m sure it keeps their overhead low. It’s just a shame that is the first thing you see when you pull up, it really doesn’t do the rest of the course justice.

Let me first say that many times when playing a course using Golfnow Hot Deal, I have been treated like a second rate citizen. This course was just the opposite. We were welcomed and treated better than just about any course i have been to in the last 5 years. the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and even sent us out on 10 so that we wouldn't be stuck behind a slower group. then when we were coming off the 18th green, held the first tee for us so we could be ahead of a slow foursome. They were all pleasant and happy,. It's over an hour drive for us, but we will play here before some of our local courses that are 10 minutes from our house.

Personal is friendly and the course is in good shape. Played with two nice guys . Have a lot of fun and challenges.

From the 7th hole on a foursome had the whole course backed up. With 3 groups per hole. Ranger came out twice and never said a word to the group who had at least 4 holes opened in front of them. Didn't help any when the group didn't care much as they repeated missed putts. Pace of play. TERRIBLE. !!

We had a great golf Now Deal for half the normal price. We had a great game - the two of us shot below our handicaps. We were supposed to be pairing up with two others but they went off with the group ahead..........they were so slow and no one behind us so we played 2 and 3 again - by that time they were away and we didn't catch them until the 8th where they let us through. Paired up on the 10th with a couple of snow birds from Idaho - Brad and Sue - and had a very enjoyable sociable back 9. Will be going back regularly to Indian hills.

We appreciate that golf course. We were playing with another couple and it was not too busy.

A marshal told us to hurry up because we were two holes behind. But there was two empty holes behind us.

I know we are supposed to follow the foursome in front of us, but it was a twosome. So they played faster than a foursome.

It is the only thing that we didn’t like about this course.

We went back as a twosome Tuesday. We were paired with two players. They were not there when we arrived. The starter was very nice but seems not to be a golfer. He told us to go as a twosome because maybe the other one won’t show up.

We decided to wait. Thankfully, we were following a ligue. All foursome. He should have known that.

And there was a guy alone following us, and a threesome following him. Not very professional.

I hope they fix this issue soon because they are going to have complaints .

I am actually a member here and the new management team along with the new maintenance crew are bringing this course back quickly. The course had gotten almost unplayable before these guys came in. Now it is clean, the rough is mowed, and the trees are trimmed. This tee time was for my regular Saturday group and before the change I was almost ashamed to take them here. Now I am proud to take them and although it was just 1 other golfer with me he enjoyed himself and commented on the changes he saw.

Fairly easy track. Not a spectacular course but fun to play. Greens are very good. A few well placed sand traps. Friendly staff. Course booked solid but still managed to play under 4 hours.
