Indian Hills Oct 28
The changes that are being made are starting to be noticed. The rough is cut, the greens are good,(could be better if everyone fixed their ball marks) and the staff is very friendly for a change. The only issue I have is the traps are not being maintained and that gives players who don't rake them anyway an excuse. This is the best draining course in the area and we never get a cart path only round.I play here 3 times a week.
Nice course
Greens hold well and in good condition. Will play here again.
Roughs are high. Hard to find ball which slows down play.
Several tee boxes need overseeded.
Good day at Indian Hills
Starting at 10 am we thought the course would be busy but we tee'd off one hole behind a four ball and didn't catch them up until the 17th hole! Very windy day but mostly either with or against the wind so not so bad. Greens are in excellent condition very fast and plenty of surprises.
Great course very scenic challenging and well managed
What a perfect day my wife and I had
Will be back to play the course soon be able
Fun Course
The fairways were tight, greens rolled great, Starter was great, on top of job.
nice layout good greens
my biggest dissappointment with a course is ugly greens . these greens are fairly fast and run true very nice
Good value for the money.
This is the second time that I have played this course in two weeks. The course is an average to good municipal course. It is not your typical flat Florida course. There are mounds that are located on either side of most of the fairways which will actually help kick your ball back toward the fairway. One of my complaints is the greens. Even though the greens are full and green they are very bumpy and are inconsistent with their speed. There is a driving range and a putting green but there are no other real facilities. Overall this place is a no frills, but totally acceptable course to play. I would play again if the price is right.
I never made so many puts
Very nice place. Germs were true I never made so many puts ever. Lay out was open just had to hit the very nice fairways and the large greens. More challenging holes on the back nine. Fun place not much of a pro shop or food service but again for the 15 buck I paid was not expecting a lot. I would play there again very relaxing and easy going.
Nice features on this course.
Unfortunately it started to rain after the 3rd hole. We went inside the clubhouse and had lunch and waited for the rain to let up and we went back out there. This course has the best drainage system. No standing water. We finished our round without any more delays. Fun course.
Indian Hills
The greens were recently plugged but OK. Hard to find the ball in the rough. Fairways pretty hard but OK.
probably my favorite course
definitely one of my favorite courses always like playing here. we've had a lot of rain the last week but couldn't tell on the course, amazing drainage. greens were in awesome shape, smoothest ones I've putted on this summer fairways were in great shape the rough was a little thick in some spots the further away from the fairway the rougher it got and with my slice I was in it most of the day if not the other fairway. course is wide open some long par 5's couple challenging par 3's and 4's. have probably played here 6 times this year and will play at least 6 more only down side to day was the 19th hole (snack shack is what I call it) closed at 2 couldn't even get a hot dog but they had candy bars and drinks in club house other then that great day on course
nice course
Very good shape. I played at 1:00 pm...took 3 hours cause twosomes in front of me. greens are great.
One of my Favorite Courses
The greens are like a thick carpeting and the ball rolls great. The course has wide open fairways for most of the course. I'm a senior golfer and I find this course is challenging but fair. Spend a little time on the practice green if it is your first time on the course. You will find it a big help when you are on the course and need to make a long lag putt.
