Coyote Trails Golf Course

Coyote Trails is a challenging 9 hole course with par 4’s and even a par 5. I love this course!

Golfed with my boyfriend who has been golfing a while and I am relatively new to the game and it was a fun, challenging course for both of us. The course was in great shape and staff was super friendly. I came back to Phoenix and recommended it to all my golfing friends and hope to make another trip up and do it again.

Really had a good time at this short nine hole course. Some real challenges. Very quick nine holes. If we had more time, we would played another 9. Price was reasonable

Really good conditions. High desert but the course feels lush, as it’s built around a natural was in an arroyo

This was a tough little course as the fairways are narrow.

Course ok, price needs to be 5 dollars cheaper. Some greens are very patchie

This course was a pleasant surprise! We were looking for a shorter course so picked it over other championship courses. It was shorter but plays more like a championship course. Lots of elevation changes, water hazards, narrow fairways, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Could be frustrating for beginners compared to a more open course. It winds through a newer development so there is a lot of distance between some holes, but a cart is included in the price! Great course, great value and nice views as well 🙂

Course has a nine hole layout, but you can play 18 if you want (extra cost). Very short but tight. If you go wide you probably will not find your ball. Very average greens. Staff was extremely friendly.

The course will definitely force you to work on your accuracy. Very narrow fairways, but the holes aren’t long. My buddy and I drove to the green on a par 4, BUT there isn’t any room for error. Which really helped me with my straight shooting. The greens are fast and smooth, which is a good change of pace from other greens during winter in northern AZ. The pace of play is quite fast, even when playing 18 holes. Under 3 hours with 3 people. The carts are roomy, quite, and in nice condition. If you are new to the course, pay attention to the map, and how to get to the next hole, but it was fairly easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great prices too! Especially if you want to get a quick 18 holes in. Will be coming back again in the future!

We really like the course however the pace of play was very slow. The group in front of us must of never played before as they couldn't get the ball any where near the fairways. If there had been someone from the course checking on this they would of made them let others play through. The little rest. was excellent and the food was very good at a great value.

We are going to give the site another shot and hopefully the pace gets better. I don't want to watch someone hit 7 times to get on a par 3 again.
