Pleasant Place to Play
This is a 9 hole course, but there's some distance between some of the holes. You wouldn't want to walk. I played 18 holes, so I went around the course twice.
The staff was very friendly. They filled up the cooler on the cart with ice and let me start earlier than my scheduled tee time.
The fairways are narrow with a fair amount of trees. It's challenging, but a very enjoyable course to play.
A Cottonwood Fun Time
First time playing this course and it was a good time. Played this nine hole layout twice. Not a lot of room to hit it sideways...straight is a must...course not long but no room on the sides. Some very interesting holes and some large greens to test ones putting skills. Greens were not super fast but were decent putting speed and held well with a good approach shot. The second time around was nice...learned where not to hit it on the first time. Will definitely play this course again when in the Cottomwood area...a real fun time.
Fun course!
Coyote Trails is a challenging 9 hole course with par 4’s and even a par 5. I love this course!
Great Course!
Golfed with my boyfriend who has been golfing a while and I am relatively new to the game and it was a fun, challenging course for both of us. The course was in great shape and staff was super friendly. I came back to Phoenix and recommended it to all my golfing friends and hope to make another trip up and do it again.
Nice little course
Really had a good time at this short nine hole course. Some real challenges. Very quick nine holes. If we had more time, we would played another 9. Price was reasonable
Nice
Really good conditions. High desert but the course feels lush, as it’s built around a natural was in an arroyo
Great shape! Friendly staff!
This was a tough little course as the fairways are narrow.
Tight
Course ok, price needs to be 5 dollars cheaper. Some greens are very patchie
Great little golf course, not your typical short course!
This course was a pleasant surprise! We were looking for a shorter course so picked it over other championship courses. It was shorter but plays more like a championship course. Lots of elevation changes, water hazards, narrow fairways, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Could be frustrating for beginners compared to a more open course. It winds through a newer development so there is a lot of distance between some holes, but a cart is included in the price! Great course, great value and nice views as well 🙂
