Coyote Trails...
Short but fun course. They advertise and tell you its a shot makers course and that is very true. It will test any level plauers skills.. A very challenging short course.
Good course, bad rental clubs
Nice layout, interesting driving range, but worst rental clubs ever (and I've had some bad ones) unfortunately. Bring your own!
Fun Course!
The Coyote Trails golf course is in great condition right now. The greens are smooth and fast. My friends and I like it because even though it is a relatively short course, it is challenging because of the narrowness of the fairways and speed of the greens. The staff is friendly and courteous. And JJ's Canteen is a great place to relax after a round of golf!
Nice little course
Walking with electric trolley not recommended due to the 1” rock on the paths. My husband rode, I walked but my wheels on my electric cart just spun and I ended up pushing the heavy trolley up hill quite often. The worst was at the end of the round getting back out to the parking lot where the rock was a few inches deep. Cart could get no traction. As far as the course goes, it was very nice, decent conditions although not perfect. The pro shop staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Some of the “regulars” were rude, some were very nice but we did have 2 couples on the course that were fairly rude. All in all, my husband and I would go back but I will take a riding cart for sure!
Wonderful find
Course design perfectly uses the terrain Area is several valleys and Fairways run down valleys and across ravines is a very long part three 2100 yards from the blues one hole requires Carrie of 240 yards great fun lots of challenging shots and a great value for the money you recommended not your typical course
Always a nice, sporty course
Play this course often. I rate it as sporty because the fairways are tight. A good round for me is losing just 2 balls. I'll keep coming back.
Not my first choice
It's amazing what you will do when you are desperate to play. This course would never be on my short list of places to play. The course is 9-hole, almost more of an executive course, playing short with only one par-5 (that really should be a 4) and a large number of threes. Anything off the fairways is unplayable because the surrounding area is so wild. You should definitely take a cart because of all the hilliness.
Advanced players
Better hit straight otherwise you’re in trouble. Very very narrow, some of the fairways and greens could use work but still a good spot for the price
