The course was laid out very nicely the rough was really rough the greens had just been (punched ) aerated a week ago and still had not healed up it looks to me like it could be a very good course but it just needs a lot of work... I will play it again for the price

I only got to play 6 holes before the skies opened up this afternoon. We waited but the greens became ponds so we headed in to pro shop.

I asked for a refund and he questioned me. This guy who works the counter has no personality and is arrogant. He finally gave me credit for 13 holes while any other course would of gave me a total 18 holes credit. I'll play the 13 holes but will not go back because of him (He's the dark hair tattoo guy).

The course was not in good shape except for the greens. The greens were immaculate.

The fairways were bare in a lot of the areas. I played this course numerous times but probably not play it much anymore. To many better courses that are the same price.

Good value for the money. Tight so you must be straight.

Found it tough on a windy day. Seems like its always there as its only a mile from the ocean. Some real mean pin placements, on in 2 staring "double-bogey in the eye"

Staff was welcoming-teed off on time-course layout fairly easy, greens were in good condition, average speed.Wide fairways

Good course to play as I am trying to get back to playing golf after a long layoff.

The course was challenging and the people there were very friendly! The course challenging but not over challenging that a beginner or average golfer couldn't golf there.

If fairways had grass and general TLC maintenance this could ba an awesome course.

If it wasn't so windy (20+ mph) it may have been more enjoyable. A few holes seemed unfair, many opportunities to loose balls.

We really had a good time playing here. the greens are quite fast and the play is less then 4 hours for 18 holes.

The course is quite short and yet it has very challenging par 3's with forced carries....I have played 1000's of rounds and never experienced anything like this....Every Par 3 had 3 groups on the tee...On one hand the course appeals to beginners and then they meet the par 3's and operation snail pace occurs. A return not in the cards for me.

Course was in decent shape considering all the rain this past week. weather today was very windy and the greens were good except very hard. The tee's had little grass on them, but putted very well. Will play this course again when weather conditions are better.

Played the course on a fairly windy day.Pace of play was slow due to the windy conditions and the length of the par 3s. 2nd Hole was backed up 3 groups when we arrived making it a slow day.Overall the course is very challenging and has alot of water in play.Very nice layout and will play again in the near future

To start, there was no parking available and we had to wait for someone to leave to find a space (About 5 minutes). Very friendly staff as far as helping to put clubs on the cart and cleaning and putting them in the car. Very crowded on the day we played, so the pace was slow, however, all players were friendly. The greens were dirty... napkins, cups, garbage on many holes. The greens had a lot of divots, sand and bumps and were not well maintained. The homes were not well cared for and on the back 9, many were falling apart. The bathrooms at the 14th hole, were run down and looked like an outhouse. There were bullet holes in the doors of both the men's and women's bathrooms. The cart paths were cracked and were in need of repair and in many areas the foliage came into the cart path. I never like to talk badly about a business, but this course is in need of a lot of maintenance and repairs.I hope they take care of it because it if obviously needed in the neighborhood as it is busy!

My regular group has played here several times. The course is always well maintained. This time we actually had a foursome jump ahead at the first tee. They were very slow and finally let us pass on 10. There is no starter or ranger

Too many groups on course....no control of pace of play, no ramgers....took an hour to play 2.5 holes

Course was in very good shape except for one green. Play backed up on a few par threes but we still got our round in in about 4 hours. Biggest problem was the starter seemed over worked. He was so busy bringing up carts that I nearly missed my tee time. He was never at the first tee.

You cant find better staff. . brothers Jack/Jim are great guys and always eager to assist. . the course is in good shape and the greens are true/fast. Also the best draining course in town.

Booked on golf now. A little difficult for intermediate player

Everyone in pro shop and bar were very pleasant and helpful. Only way it could of been a better day was if I had played alot better!
