Great course to play
I highly recommend playing this course.
I played today and I was completely amazed at the amount of money they have put into the course. I hadn't played it for 2 years and it was in good condition then but today it was in great condition!! They have definitely made a lot of improvements. Can't beat the price either.

Little better than a cow pasture
From the 1st tee the course looked ok only to find out that the fairways were mostly weeds. Greens were so long that it felt like putting through mud!. The proshop was closed so we had to check in at the community office. No amminities at all!

Needs restoration.
The original Cobb course was probably pretty good but this course now needs about one million dollars to restore it to its former glory. Interesting design and holes but weedy fairways and dry bumpy greens compromised the challenge. Too bad.
