Bad time to water the greens
We got to the course they said start back 9. So we did. Got to 18 and the sprinklers were on. I called. I asked. I was assured no sprinklers would be on the front 9. Before hitting the front 9 we use the bathroom. While waiting I hear a pro shop lady tell another pro shop lady someone is complaining. I WAS COMPLAINING. I pod to play the whole course. Not to hav to pick up my ball cause u got the sprinklers on. So after that go to front 9. What do u kno more sprinklers on. Had to yet again pick up our ball and go to the next hole. Our group agreed not to return and to find a different course. If Indian Lakes wants to make this right they know my phone number until then my review stands
Lots of fun
Very decent course! Met some nice people and had a great time. Hadn't played in quite awhile so it was nice to be with people who understood while I got my swing back!
It’s a nice course. You should try it
I like this course. It’s away from the city’s so it may be little less busy, the lady in the office was nice and helpful. The driving range leaves something to be desired but it works just for hitting couple of balls before u start. The greens a well groomed but are pretty bumpy. I will definitely return and I do recommend this course
Disappointed
I should have looked closer to the reviews before booking. Those who stated the course was in "good" condition where being kind, many of the greens where more dirt than grass.
Not bad. Not great.
It’s WAY out there. The greens are super firm. They look like they’d be slow but the firmness makes them fast. Course is not in bad shape and pretty long. The entrance to the community looks like a meth community but the course area is nice. Staff was great.
Poor course condition.
This course is in poor condition. Lost all the greens and overall rundown. It could be a great course but needs lots of work. Building is in bad shape as well.
Great "Old Florida" course
Management is keeping the course in pretty good shape. The greens look a bit wooly but actually run smoothly and not too slow.
Closed
I booked my time, drove out there and showed up early to be greeted with an empty parking lot and closed for renovation signs. I don't know how long they will be closed and I'm not sure why they're accepting tee times on the website.
The overall condition of the course is pretty good. The greens definitely need some work.
Garbage
The fairways are just green Weeds ! Charged $27,.00 after 3 pm, The course is missing only the goats and cows here. The greens are slow and partly dirt ! What a waist of time and Money ! I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone! Whomever left positive reviews must be used to playing worse course than this one if possible or they are employees !
