Getting better
Really working on improving this course if you had a bad experience here in the past try it again you will see. It's not a country club but it's worth the money. Excellent staff really want to make you happy. I thank them for that!
Much improvement
Fourth year hear and best condition I’ve seen the course. Enjoyed our round.
Ok course but not well maintained!
Way finding Signage was minimal. Fairways were ok. Greens were poorly maintained!
Course is wide open with only a few houses on the course perimeter.
This was likely a good course a few years ago but now is not maintained to an adequate level. Greens were the biggest issue!
Indian lakes
Small greens need attention. Fairways okay Partner got an ace on 180 yard par 3
this course has open fairways
the course was great greens were a little slow but nice and smooth . well maintained .I`m playing again this Monday. I had a great time.
Indian lake
Good way to to loosen up for the money but greens need improvement .Remember fires and a hurricane came through this year. Needs work and has a potential of being 3and half stars.
Watch for afternoon sprinkler
We played between 2 outings so pace of play was really slow. Got wet from the sprinkler system. Really like the course and play it every year. Course has been cleaned up and should be nice next year.
Rough shape
Greens are good if they would cut them. Very very shaggy. Fairways are uncut, weedy and rough. Pace of play was also slow on back nine. Waited for every shot
great place to play
been there a few times and it seem to get a little better each time.
greens are in real good shape and the fairways always cut good, nice golf cart too.
and real friendly staff and a nice place to grab lunch also.

Best value for the money
We really enjoyed the course. The course was busy but overall the course was enjoyable and the surroundings were beautiful. We would definitely play it again.
What a gong show
We did like the course, however was way too crowded and were for ever waiting. We had booked 18 holes, when we got to the ninth green the sprinklers were on so got wet retreiving our balls and didn't play it.
Then a line up at the 10th tee, that was enough the fun had gone out of it so we left.
Interesting Layout
George Cobb designed this course, the man who Bobby Jones asked to design the Par 3 course at Augusta in 1960. Cobb was also called in to tweak the Masters' course once in the 1960s and once in the 1970s. He did a par 3 course at Indian Lake Estates around its central lake, too, but it is out of commission these days. The 18-hole course is very well designed. Greens are well-protected by bunkers, which catch shots that fall short of drift right or left. Rye grass has grown in well for the winter on tees and greens, which are rather long and shaggy at the moment. Fairway grass is not in good shape, but if you're content to move your ball a yard or two, you'll find grass to hit from. It's fun to work out where to aim the drives. There are dog-legs here and there, and bunkers and ponds require consideration on drives and approach shots. The course is not in top shape, but you can still tell that it was once a first-rate track. Teamster Jimmy Hoffa, whose remains have never been found, once played here, apparently. Really deep divots that I took on holes 3, 9, 15, and 16 proved that he was not buried there!
Greens were slow and in good shape.
We enjoyed our round . We heard from and least 4 people , staff and guests that the course was the best they have seen it in years . It had rained the past weekend and the greens were over watered and slow . But that's ok
We'll be back . Thanks .
Could be a gem.
Old style Florida track. Not difficult, but in poor condition. As with so many Central Florida courses, there isn't enough play to generate the revenue to bring the course up to par condition wise.
