About

Coyote Preserve Golf Club in Fenton is one of the only courses in the area designed by Arnold Palmer. The course has a hilly terrain that provides plenty of elevation changes a well as stunning views. Tumbling across deep ravines and native wetlands, the layout requires many carries over dramatic depressions and water hazards but many are seemingly intimidating but actually quite reasonable. Massive, finely sculpted bunkers strategically frame the greensides of many holes. While some of them are manageable, others are deep and sod-faced. The tricky hazards in conjunction with the dramatic elevations demand both accuracy and creative shot-making. The golf course has a memorable finish with a par-5, risk-reward hole. There is ample room off the tee on this downhill, dogleg left hole and it presents a few different options for the second shot. With some thought, scoring par is definitely a possibility.

A Fun Layout

This course is in great condition and has a fun and interesting layout. There are lots of carrys, elevation changes and water. Every hole is a new adventure. The carts are in excellent condition. GPS is included.

This is a hilly course with several water spots landscaped with large rocks and plants. Play was challenging not too difficult. Great experience!

Palmer Signature

Similar to other Palmer courses I have played. Giant greens plenty of room off the tee. Just don’t get in a rough excellent course for the price plenty of wildlife to look at.

Great place!

Everything was great at Coyote Preserve. Only complaint I could say was no ball washers at tee boxes. Otherwise very nice place.

Good Challenge. Sloooww pace of play!!!

The course was in good shape. The greens were pretty fast. There was one pin placement on #4 that was super crazy hard. I liked the challenge even if my ego got bruised a little bit.

PACE OF PLAY WAS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW! 5hr20min! 😡

Beautiful track, but respectfully $95 for this course is robbery, especially when after 1pm they drop to $69. I would say this course is worth $79 maximum for the premium T-Times. Moose ridge isn’t even charging that much and that course is primo.
