Got there for a tee time at 4:10. Was told that league starts at 5 and they were going to have us start on the back 9. What they didn't tell us was that league was a shotgun start, and completely surrounded us. Including a group that jumped onto 6 when we were putting on 5. Took us about 50 minutes for first 5 holes, then 1.5 hours for next 4 holes. There was another group that had the same issue. Then when we made the turn we found 2 groups waiting to play first hole, which we could have avoided if they just would have started us on 1. Total round was about 4.5 hours.

Also, good luck running the ball up the front of the greens fringes were very patchy and unforgiving.

I have loved this course since it was Lord’s Valley, it is in better shape than the last time I was out there last year! It was green, fairways were cut, green were good but lots of ant hills, for 20$, great deal!

I booked a great deal through Golfnow for 18 holes of golf and a cart for 1 golfer. When I arrived at the course, I was told there is an extra $10 fee to have my own cart, even though my reservation said the cart was included. I've played this course many times, and I think this will be my last. The conditions are below average, and now the price isn't even a good deal.

My favorite course to play, wasn’t mowed, cart path only unnecessarily, played last week with wetter conditions and no cart path only.

Tee boxes were in bad shape. More bare ground and weeds than grass. Fairways and roughs were ok. Greens pretty good. It looks like they have given up on sandtraps.

One thing that was new and unadvertised afaik, was that if you booked as a single online (cart included) and someone separate did the same, you had to ride in the same cart or pay an additional $10 if you didn't want to ride together. While I can understand this from a business standpoint, it did not set well with me that the policy was not mentioned anywhere. I have played here as a single somewhat frequently over the last several years and this was never mentioned in all of that time.

The fairways, and rough at this course are well maintained. It seems they have had a hard time with money as they have let all of their sand bunkers become grass bunkers.

The greens need serious work. Only 2 of the greens weren’t spotty and they need fertilized, (bare spots and patchy), with ant holes coming out of the green. Putting was very difficult as when you’d hit a long put the ball would hop killing your speed when trying to get the ball to the hole.

Eventually after 5-6 long putts only getting 3/4 of the way to the hole due to hopping, you’d have 1 green not hop and blow it past the hole because you came to expect the poor rolling of the greens.

Had to pay ten dollars extra for cart on top of your fees because I did not want to play with strangers. I will never use your site to play there again.
