Golf Club of Dublin
About
Although the climate gives away the location, the Golf Club of Dublin is a more authentic interpretation of the traditional links of its Irish namesake than most other replicas you'll find. The flat terrain, which was formerly a cornfield, was transformed into an enjoyable linksland layout covered with tall, sweeping heather and hundreds of yards of hand-stacked stone walls. The gently rolling fairways are generous and the classic, square-shaped greens are enormous and fast. In keeping with a true links golf course, there are nearly 80 steep, sod-walled bunkers waiting treacherously by the fairways and greensides to swallow up errant shots. Depending on the sun, the shadows cast over the bunkers can play tricks on your eyes, making them appear deceptively deeper or shallower. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes at the Golf Club of Dublin.

Course in great shape!
The course and greens are in good shape and it’s fun course to play. The club pro Jeff is a great guy very professional and recommend him for lessons. Good place to play with the golfnow pass without it its way way overpriced. Happy golfing!
Pace of play was terrible
Beautiful course, I’ve always enjoyed it, but the pace of play on this day was absolutely horrific. I would still recommend the course as it’s a fun course but I would recommend other golfers try to play during the week until the course gets better control of their patrons on the weekends.
GC of Dublin
Course was in relative good shape for a week with no rain. Nice day, except a little windy. Pro shop apparel had a little to be desired. Greens in good shape. A little on the slow side though. We would play again.
Horrible
The grass ate balls to the point you couldn’t find them even on the fairway, Pin placements were borderline illegal on every hole. I wouldn’t recommend the course for beginners even if the conditions were better just based on how tight each hole was.
It's a fun and challenging course!
I'm really getting to be partial to the Golf Club of Dublin. This time of year leaves many courses around the area needing the standard upkeep and it shows. But really, the worst part of the course was the greens. They've yet to be mowed and rolled, so putting wasn't entirely true, and very slow. I still made plenty of putts, so it isn't that bad.
I played the day after some pretty heavy rains and high winds, so it was soupy in places, but not bad at all. The course seems to shed water quite well.
The driving range was closed on this day due to too much water, and the on-course restrooms were closed as well. This made my final few holes a little inconvenient. The bathrooms in the clubhouse are outstanding though.
I'll be back again, but probably not at the price point they are during the summer. I'll be on the lookout for another hot deal.
You must not have been in the fairway if you couldn’t find your ball. This is one of the best public courses in central Ohio in terms of condition.
