About
A TRUE REBIRTH, A BRAND NEW BEGINNING. Originally opened in 2000 as “Sebastian Hills”, the 18 hole course was unique with its creative layout and concrete cart paths and brought in many, many golfers over the nearly two decades that it was open. The course closed permanently after the 2017 season. After numerous attempts to sell, the course overgrew and seemed completely hopeless to return as the years ticked by. But then in 2021, a new hope was sparked. Local residents decided to take a chance on this 18 hole dream. Their love for the beauty of the land the course sits on inspired them to bring it back to life. It truly was a mountain of an undertaking, but they were up for the challenge. The course has new owners, new vision, new business plan, new everything but the beautiful piece of property the course sits on. The course remains the same layout but nearly every other aspect has been been given new attention and love.

Great course
Played on a Friday afternoon, pace of play was great and course was in good shape. Will definitely play again.
Course design caused pace issues
The two par 3 holes are next to each other on front 9, and a short par 4 followed by a par 3 starting the back 9. These definitely causes serious delays.
Excellent Course
The last time I played this course was 10 years ago when it was Sebastian Hills. Back then it was disheveled. Today, it is sublime. Although Memorial Day weekend made it busy, everyone was friendly and happy to help. I’ll definitely be going back in the future.
Beautiful Day
Course was in great condition! The greens were faster than most public courses. Found quite a few ball marks not repaired?
The fairways are tight in some areas and the rough was thick.
Pace of play was really good for a Sunday afternoon. 4 1/2 hours for 18 holes.
One thing was we couldn’t get a table for food and drinks at the bar after our round. There was a waiting list? We went back into Dayton for dinner and drinks.
Great course!
Very fun course. Lots of risk/reward. 35/37 par. Natural terrain layout was followed..3 par 3s on front, 3 par 5s on back.
Great course
This course was in great shape especially with all the rain we’ve had lately. The course offers lots of challenges but, not so difficult that beginners can’t have a great time too. If you enjoy great food make sure you try the restaurant on site as well.
Excellent condition...poor cart rules
The course is in great shape, however cart rules are awful. They have way too many places that the cart cannot go (even though should not be). My cart shut down so many times and I actually had to manually push the cart to get unlocked.
I would love to play again because of the excellent shape it is in...however do not plan to play again because of the cart shut downs.
Great place for golf
