The Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club, centrally located on McMullen Booth Road a comparably short course, offering just 5,454 yards from the blue tees and a slope rating of 118. Most of the fairways are wide, making errant shots still playable. In essence, it is the ideal place to work on your golf game, to correct that nasty slice or learn to hit that oversized driver without fear of losing 100 balls. As a result, it is a favorite among novice golfers who want to be challenged but also have an enjoyable round.

Excellent customer service, superb course, great test for any level of golfer. I’ll be back!!
Rainy start, Steamy end
Because it rained in the morning the course was empty. But by the second hole the sunny came out big time. It got real hot but even more so very muggy. No fault of the course, so there was no one playing. My girlfriend and I don’t mind the weather so it was a great round
Great staff, poor timing course condition wise
Greens were just punched, a few tee boxes had ongoing maintenance, rough felt extra thick or perhaps we were just that bad. Overall great time
Punch greens
When I booked this course nothing was said about the punch sand green that was just done and was not puttable, very disappointed.
Mixed experience all around
Course is in good shape especially for this time of year. This was our 2nd time playing it and pace of play was pretty bad both times. I understand it’s busy but people seem to just check in whenever and then roll up to the tee box and get sent out leaving it backed up beginning to end. Customer service in the pro shop the 2nd time was horrible. The guy at the desk was very strangely confrontational with us from the moment we walked up. It left us us all very confused

Chi Chi in best shape in years
I have played Chi Chi's a few times a year. The course iis in the best condition in years. The ground crew have done a great job getting this course in great shape.

The course was in very good shape. It was a real hot day so it was not busy at 10:30 AM. Course was wide open for the entire round.
