pace of play was very slow...took almost 5 hours to play and no marshal around

Snowbirds take it on the chin/Wallet
While Magnolia Landing is a great layout and probably in better condition than most of the courses in the vicinity, the price for 18 holes is more than a bit too high.. I know as well as anyone that this time of year people are willing to pay the elevated fees. Even with the golf now “discount” it’s a bit too high.. While my review sounds like whiney complaint, I’m sure I’ll be back, as I enjoyed the day and the course..

Ok, but expensive
Like many other area courses, I feel this course is overpriced. Good layout, but houses closely line the fairways. Dry, fairways and greens need water. Some traps raked, some hard sand. I would not play again at list price.
