GREAT GOLF

Even though they had tons orf rain the night before, course was suprisingly dry. Tee boxes in good shape, greens were in excellent condition, best part of course. Had a great day there as usual. Will be go to for a while. 3 nines there, never gets boring.

Course was in great shape

Greens were very good if a touch slow. Fairways were nice when i vould gind them. Bunkers were consistent. And the staffis consistently great. Pace of play for a Monday was a little slow for my liking but still under 4 hrs.

CPO because of all the rain

It was cart path only due to the storms over the past few days. The course is in excellent condition and played well for as wet as it was. The greens didn't seem to be affected by the rains and were still firm and the ball rolled well. This is one of our go to courses.

Fantastic greens

We thoroughly enjoyed Cocoa Beach. The course was in fantastic shape and the greens were immaculate! We played Dolphin and River and finished in three and a-half hours. I highly recommend it!!
