Very disappointed was charged an extra $20 after my booking clearly said I owed $45 on arrival this course is not worth $70 to play when there are much much better course near by you can play Duran for $80 trust me save your self the head ach of playing a below average course with very bad pace of play very very disappointing
Beware of inside operations personnel with terribly unprofessional attitudes
Terrible attitudes from inside operations personnel make checking in at this course very aggravating.
I detest playing here due to the checkin employees belligerence.

Golf course refused to honor the Golf Now rate and charged us an extra $30.00. To add insult to injury, after we finished the first nine, (they had us on Dolphin/River) we found ourselves at the turn behind 10 golfers who the course was now sending out ahead of us to start their 18 on River/Lake. The course was not full. Course was also in poor condition. All in all would not recommend this course at all

Decent layout. Bunkers were coarse sand mixed with tiny sea shells. The group in front of us was blasting their portable speaker. No respect! Those things should be banned! Earbuds only.
The beverage cart could be heard 2 holes away. Single cylinder gas engine that didn't have a muffler. Pace was slow but rangers didn't do anything to enforce. Unless you can score a round under $20, I'd look elsewhere.
Good views, poor condition, good price
Stayed in cocoa beach for vacation. Great 5 min commute from Air Bnb. Super cheap golf but the conditions are what you paid for. Slow greens that don’t roll pure. Just gotta fluff your lie in the fairway and rough. If you’re looking for a good commute, poor condition but really cheap, this is your spot!!

I'm still new to golf, and the dolphin course was great. Beautiful and challenging, but not overwhelming. Will definitely be back
Big and Wide, Forgiving Course
this course is a good layout for people who just want to enjoy a good round of golf, the greens are big, and if u miss the greens u will land somewhere open

consitions are not as good as other premium courses, probably due to how big the land is, its very wide and open ! maintenance here is probably much higher

Played with 3 compatable strangers for a pleasant round, Dome damp spots a a couple of gravelly sand traps but course was otherwise OK/
Pleasant Round with 3 Strangers
Enjoyed the course with 3 new friends I met on 1st tee.We playedRiver-Lakes in under 4 hours and though I didn't play well the course was fair though the fairways grass was a little longer due to the heavy rain we've been having.
Only 1 course open
You could only play the dolphin course out of 3 total 9 hole courses, so I had to play it twice. Because of that I was stuck waiting for a while behind a threesome.
