Providence Golf Club meanders through forests of ancient hardwoods, freshwater creeks, and natural wetlands. The course's scenic landscape also serves as home to an abundance of wildlife including otters, deer, and wild turkeys. Mike Dasher designed the golf course, allowing his admiration for European-style golf course to be reflected in his unique undulated greens. Dasher combined elements of heathland, parkland, and traditional Florida-style courses to create a layout that is both endlessly versatile and visually stunning. A notable hole is the par-4 14th, which will either make or break your score. Golfers will face the most demanding tee shot on the entire course that will determine your chances of reaching the hole in regulation. Providence Golf Club has a strong local following but it is also popular amongst visitors since it sits just fifteen minutes from the major theme parks.

Had a great time! Staff was friendly and attentive. Course was in great condition. Greens were fast or I should just back-off the backswing when putting - Haha! Enjoyed the day - we'll def be back!

Great Layout

Really like the layout, and the fairways and greens are in great shape. Many of the green side bunkers have a very fluffy sand, unlike any I've seen in Central Florida courses. You can expect some really hard "fried egg" lies in the bunkers. I will definitely play the course again.
