Great value, not over priced, friendly course, greens were great. Would recommend this course, going for second round tomorrow.

Good course. Nice green's Queen fairways. The only problem I had was with the starter. He said he'd get me out within an hour. I waited and waited and asked where the starter was and was told he went home without telling anybody I was waiting. So I had to manage to get with the group to play.. Not very professional in my opinion

Golf carts have GPS what helps for distance, but if you get to close to hazard, water ECT it stops without warning and you get a message that you can’t go forward-so you need to back up to get out of cart restrictions. I agree about greens and tee boxes but the rest 🤔

We played 18 holes pretty much last minute, stuff was very friendly and helped us get set up. One thing was odd was there was no Marshalls or beer cart girls at any point but that wasn't a huge deal.

The only two downsides were the pace of play was very slow and they could have done a better job pairing golfers up with each other because there were a lot of singles and duels and it took us 5 hours to play 17 holes we didn't have enough time to play the last one because of how backed up every hole was. And the only other complaint was all of the houses took away from the beautiful of course and the nature surrounding it. The back nine had less houses and was absolutely beautiful. Can't really blame them too much because I get it but still would have been nicer without all the houses.

The conditions of the course was very good, no complaints. Golf carts more very nice and drove smoothly. I rented clubs and they were really good. Overall we had a great time on a great course and if you don't mind waiting then I highly recommend this course especially for the deal we got on golfpass.com.

It is my great pleasure to rave about our experience playing Providence Golf Club. We were on a buddy golf trip and had originally planned to play Providence one time. However, after playing it once, we cancelled our remaining tee times at other courses and played Providence every day for the remainder of our vacation. The course was in impeccable condition, it's a very playable layout and the pace of play was fine. What made our experience even better was the exceptional personal service that we received from every staff member with whom we dealt. I want to particularly compliment Jerry and Bruce in the pro shop. Their professionalism, courtesy and overall welcoming attitude convinced us that we wanted to return to play Providence every day and hope to return next year. Thank you Jerry, Bruce and all the starters and rangers at Providence for making our golf trip memorable.

I like about everything about this golf course and highly recommend. Saw a number of gators, lots of wild turkeys and even saw wild turkeys defending their young from another turkey that went on for at least 5 minutes. Very cool.

Course was in great shape and cannot say enough good things about the staff and course rangers!

I really enjoyed this course. The golf staff were also very friendly. The course was in good condition, and pace of play was pretty good.

The one problem we had was we ordered food on hole 8 from our golf cart. When we go to the turn and went in, there was one girl working. She didn’t even acknowledge us for over 10 minutes while she poured drinks for people at the bar. When we finally said we had placed an order, nothing was done. Took another 10 minutes somehow to get hotdogs. Kind of ruined the mood when we came out and the tee on 10 was stacked. It eventually worked itself out, but seemed like a strange way to cut costs by not having adequate staff on hand on a Saturday.

Great day at Providence; all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The course was busy, and the pace was OK for the first 5-6 holes, then it was wait, wait and wait. The group in front of us were painfully slow and wouldn't tee off until either the green was cleared or just clearing. Even on the par 5's! Kudos to the Ranger for trying to move them along as best he could, but it was obviously a large group of 12-20 guys who were clearly more interested in the beers than the golf. We teed off just after 1:00 PM (our tee time was 12:56 PM) and finished on the 18th hole at 6:16 PM. For the last couple of holes, we were getting passed by golfers who clearly gave up on finishing in the light, as 6 carts drove past us as we finished out our round behind these painfully slow golfers. Not sure what they can do about this, but it puts a sour taste on the round, and I could see many players not coming back because of the delays.

Love Providence and the staff, but sometimes they allow too many yahoos that spoil it for the rest of us.

Providence used to be a golf course I would play just to play something different. It never wasn’t a really good shape and I would just do it for a change up now and again.

But, I was pleasantly surprised to see the obvious, that they are under new management, which I verified at the end of my round. What changed? A nice shaded area to hit balls from, complementary balls, water on the cart, as well as towels! These upgrades alone, warranted a strong review because before they charged you to put ice in your cooler! Yes!

Greens were in need of a rolling, but the course shows a lot of potential beyond what it used to. Keep up the good work.

I truly enjoyed playing Providence. Staff are extremely friendly, nice clubhouse, greens are in excellent shape as is the course especially when taking into account how dry the weather has been. Our front nine was cool but by the time we made the turn it was very nice. Only saw 3 gators but assume had the weather been warmer we would have seen more. I would highly recommend this course.

Course is in excellent shape, staff goes overboard to please you, played in 3 1/2 hours. Restaurant food is excellent. Highly recommend playing this course.

Truly enjoyed playing Providence. Green were excellent, staff excellent and overall experience was great. It was chilly for our first nine but warmed up to great weather for the second nine. Saw 3 gators but suspect had it been warmer we would have seen more. Highly recommend!

This course is always in good; it plays fast and offers the right amount of challenge.
