Golfer Reviews
very nice course
played this course on a Tuesday in the afternoon and did get paired up with a local and his guest. This is a very nice course- not to difficult, and we did see a lot of wild life-deer,gators,turkeys to name some. Booked on golf now with a very good rate and we did just finish prior to darkness The course condition can compare with courses of twice the cost
very pleasant course
Did not realise it was a shotgun start but no delays very nice course and friendly staff
Great course
The best course so far! I would recommend the course to everyone. Very we'll maintained.
A good starter for a golfing holiday in orlando
Nice open course..not desperately tight..par threes you can get into trouble on..not overly challenging...depending on handicap. Thoroughly enjoyed the round.
Fantastic value
Course in good condition, although very wet as there had been a lot of rain. Carts were not allowed on fairways, so play took longer. Paid $18 , which was good value. Course very picturesque, would recommend.
One of the courses I always play when in Kissimmee.
Great couse especially for the price. Have played many times. Always in good condition.
Def a hidden gem! One of the nicest courses I've played! We will be back!
I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the 1st tee box. The Oaks course is a beautiful golf course. One of my favorites that I've played. We actually saw a deer in the woods 10 yards off of the cart path. I will def play this course again!
Course is gorgeous. Every single worker there is the best I've ever delt with. Roy is the man and deserves a raise...
The best around hands down. Super nice course. Brooke is gorgeous. Lol
Old Poinciana Golf Course turned into New Stonegate Cypress.
1:00 pm tee time w/ wife. Some holes can be recognized from Old Poinciana Golf Course. Combinations of Lynx style (newer holes) & tight tree lined (old Poinciana course). Entire course in pristine condition. Fairways are plush. Roughs are thick but not high, so errant balls can be found quickly. Tee boxes are plush. Greens are huge, rolling fast & true. You play straight through 18 holes. Club house is not between 9 & 10, so get drinks/snacks before you start. There was no cart person. There is water available on course & a well maintained bathroom by hole 9 & 10. Carts are battery powered w/ windshield & rain cover in back. A fun & challenging course. Will definitely play again.
Great course for the money.
Great course! Need Marshall's though pace of play slowed Bradley. Had two foursomes that took entirely too long too find balls and tee off!!!
Surprises ahead
Have not played this course since early in year.... I was stunned to see they have done a little course re-design. Adding new tees on #8 which I estimate will had 60-80 yards to the 474 par 4, what is a difficult hole will now be a real brute. rebuilding the ninth hole from the landing area in scraping down a mound moving and adding sand traps..moving a few things around in other spots. This will keep this course in fine competitive shape for years to come. Played on a very hot day... The wife and I were very pleased to find the green, tees, and most (#9) fairways in great shape. We did not play the back nine due to the heat and fatigue. Course is almost always in fine shape.... Restaurant has a wonderful selection... the staff is very friendly
course has some challenging holes
the course had some very good challenging hole. we
enjoyed playing.
This course is in a great conditions is awesome i like it
Not many courses are in this condition in this time of the year, are in excelent conditions for play good golf
Well managed and maintained course.
I have played this course many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, the course is always in good and in a very nice community. Always comfortable.
Slow play
Played this course, it was in very good condition. The staff (the 2, I actually saw) were pleasant. There was no cart person, no rangers were present. The starter and pro both stated golf was 4 hours. Took 4:52 minutes
Would love to play this course again but not sure i would risk it again for 5 hours...
Great course at a great price.
The course was in great condition! Even after heavy rain pretty much all week there was no flooding. The course drains extremely well. Definitely a challenge for players of all skill levels. Only downfall is that it is a pretty long drive from the northeast or northwest side of Orlando. Regardless of the drive, I can't wait to return.
