Great fun course
Fairways are coming back and greens are in great shape. Fun course makes you play a tight game for most holes and all kinds of elevation changes.
Mostly Great
A short but challenging layout I have played a couple of dozen times; the price is right, tee boxes are very good and the greens are great!
The only gripe I have is SOME of the fairways are really bad because of rutting and if you're not careful your kidneys will take a beating.
Overall a good course compared to some of the cow pastures charging $40 and I definitely recommend it.
A little much
On sunday play . Pushed into a foursome. A couple and two singles. Didnt make sense. The course was empty almost. No one behind or in front. And it actually slowed play down. They could have, and should have, let the couple stay as is. And put me and the other single in a cart with a different start time.
Whats the big deal if the place isnt busy !!!
Good round. Course was in good shape.
A few pretty holes and water comes into play on most holes. Overall enjoyable round.
Hydration missing
No cart girl, very few water jugs and what was available was warm water. In near 100 degree heat, definitely need to at least have someone in a cart selling water, soda or beer.

Has some great holes, greens where a little slow for my likings. need more drinking water on golf course
Great deal
Course was in very good condition. The layout though confusing at times was super fun. Not sure where all these hill came from in Florida. Greens were in perfect condition.
Maybe I should keep this a secret
Located in an unusual gated community of manufactured homes, I was surprised at finding a real gem of a course. Recent renovations have made some of your golf apps useless as they don’t reflect the massive changes that must have been done to the layout. Bring a hand held distance device. This course is only rideable as elevation changes are huge. Green sizes are generous and greens were soft. Rates were pretty good and excellent if you purchase on line. . Restaurant is undergoing renovations so food and drink is limited to hot dogs, beer, soft drinks and water you can purchase in the club house. Great covered patio for a casual afternoon round libation. I probably should keep this a secret.
Great Course for the buck
I was pleasantly surprised of the nice layout, conditions and cost for a round of golf at Water Oak. The staff is friendly and the bar/restaurant was also nice with quality food, price and staff.
Make a tee time there, you won't regret it.
