The Club at Eaglebrooke

This is my favorite course in the area fot 17 years. The course is in fantastic shape hats off to the maintenance staff. Starters and pro shop have always treated us like family or members. We played with scratch golfers. We laughed all day and we are not scratch golfers. Poor marks for the cooks not our server! How can you screw up a tuna sandwich? Half inch thick tomato and onion slices and thick bread with a subway portion of tuna? It tasted like a salad on bread. Poor value and my nephews chicken wrap wasn’t any better than fast food and not a good deal. It’s been a long time since I had a good meal there but the golf was awesome!

This is one of my wife and I favorite places to play when we are in the Lakeland area. Nice layout and the staff is super friendly.

Prices have gone up quite a bit since last year but that’s par for the course in today’s economy.

For the price tag I can’t think of a better course. Great course that offers options for all levels of golfers. Front 9 is pretty straight forward. Back 9 is a challenge with water on all holes. Great course, very helpful and friendly staff. Very good driving range and short game space. I will be back.

First time playing this course. Range for guests was in poor condition. Fairways and T boxes were in average shape. Greens were average at best.

Help was very friendly and a reason to go back. Due to the time of year I expected it to be a little rough but the greens fee did not reflect that. Was more like a $55.00 round course based on the conditions.

Also lots of water which the average golfer may not like. Numerous shots with plenty of carry to the greens.

Greens were a nice size. Course in good condition. Pace of play was really good. Make sure you play right tee blocks. Friendly staff.

Love the course layout and was in great condition. Greens were a little slow, but consistent. Water on most holes but not in play most of the time. Generous fairways.

We were paired with 2 men that were really fun…. All went well and a great afternoon.

I called ahead and asked if there was a military rate and was told there was, but the rate was the same as GolfNow. No big deal. The carts were electric, but the throttle kept backing down and then speeding up the entire round which was annoying. The course was in pretty good shape. Several areas of the cart path were torn up to be replaced and several areas in the fairways were marked as GUR. Bunkers were very compacted or not well maintained. Greens were fast and undulating. I don't think I had a flat putt the whole round, but overall I found this course to be really nice and worth the money I paid for a weekday round. I will definitely play here again.

Top notch layout. Played from the Red tees and it was challenging but fair! A lot of water and sand in play.. Tees and greens were in good shape. Fairways were typical Winter in Florida quality. Finished in four hours. Clubhouse, starter, and Eddie the club cleaner were all very friendly.
