The Club at Eaglebrooke

WONDERFUL COURSE...HOWEVER, IF ITS TO BE IN THE BIG LEAGUES HAVE YOUR CART ATTENDANTS BE A LITTLE MORE ATTENTIVE.. RUSHED TO CLEAN MY CLUBS TO GET A TIP BUT NEVER OFFERED TO PUT CLUBS IN MY CAR TRUNK.. WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE TOUCH SINCE WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND THE CLUBS ARE HEAVY . MAY HAVE GOTTEN AN EVEN BIGGER TIP.

I moved down to Lakeland a little less than two months ago and I have played many courses in Lakeland, and this course is by far the best one in town! We have had a lot of rain lately, so on the back nine it was cart path only. Very challenging for every skill level, even the best golfers. It will give you a very good test, but you will be rewarded if you hit the right shot! If you haven't played here, make sure you do soon before the prices sky rocket this winter!

Ron Garl did his usual--design a course which fits in extremely well with the topography. It was challenging, but yet fun to play. The staff were very friendly.

Was told by starter that the group in front of us should be on the 3rd hole already but we caught them on the 2nd tee box. Slowed our round of golf by 45 minutes at least.

For this time of year it was very impressive to see a course in this good of shape. The greens are great and the fairways are perfect. The only thing that I could find wrong was the fairway bunkers. Which to me I could care less. This is a great course for the price and the range is 5 star!

Eaglebrooke is the best public/semi-private course in the Lakeland area. It is always in good condition with excellent greens. The course has a mix of some relatively easy and some very difficult holes.

The eighteenth is a highlight of the course and is a very challenging finishing hole.

The course is highly recommended.

This is a open to the public golf course with the amenities of a private club. Great value for the money, the layout is nice and challenging, the greens are in great shape.

This course has alway been in great condition. I could not see a flaw from t to Green Great greens rolled well.

I'm very surprised to say, I felt Very uncomfortable golfing at Eaglebrooke on 7/9/16. . My tee time was 1:50 pm with temp near 95. High humidity.

I showed up 1:25 minutes early. I was told with attitude I was early, duh (like who cares since no one was golfing at that time) ! I was told I would not be allowed to use the driving range or chipping area till 1hour before, because I bought the tee time on-line? I would Not be allowed to tee off till exactly my tee time. So I sat till my partner showed up. We practiced and waited, and told that next time the driving range would be $10 hour. And we must wait till exactly 1:50pm. The group ahead of us tee'd off at 1pm, No body was there. 15 min before we could tee off we were told we'd have to wait some more for a 2-some that just arrived. WHAT I need to wait more? I said NO I'm off at exactly 1:50pm. Then I was told I'm being uncooperative.

I never plan to play again there and I live on the 9th hole. Too many courses to play that want me. I felt like a bother and not welcome. Is management making these decisions? I hope not ! Please brush up your workers customer skills as this is the backbone of any successful company.

There is a big disconnect between customer service and common sense here............ Get it together Eagelbrooke your not a cheap course to play and the red carpet should be put out for ALL.of your customers.

Only got in 15 because of Thunderstorms. Looking forward to going back!

Both the fairways and greens are in great shape. Most fairways are very wide to give even the average golfer a fair chance to par the hole but still long enough to test the better golfers

The course was cart path only because of heavy rains recently was very playable. Fairways were lush and the rough was deep. Holes are very appealing to the eye and the course has water hazards in play on many holes. The greens have a few rough spots but are acceptable. This is a nice course, and I enjoyed the round.

The only issue was the greens. They were plugged about two weeks ago. They are coming back in nicely-still little bumpy putting with sand. I give it another week or two. However, it was still a great day out on the course. Fairways and other areas are spot on! Staff always friendly.

Had a great day at the course but the greens had just been air rated and heavy sanded. We know this has to be done but we should of been informed before we booked and certainly not charged top dollar.

Great facility with top notch service and by far the best course in the area!!!! Cannot wait to play this course again.

I took a group of 7 golfers out from the Tampa area. This was the first time playing this course for all of us. To a man everyone said they would make the drive again. The value and the course, range balls, with cart you can't beat. The course was in excellent shape and the people were very nice

Very nice course, set up is great. Only thing I grump about is that the driving range runs along hole 1. Need to stay left, but still wish range balls were not on the fairway.

I play golf all over the Tampa Bay area and other than TPC of Tampa Bay, I don't believe I have rated any other facility "Excellent." Eaglebrooke is an outstanding club, great course layout in excellent condition, but also with fantastic practice facilities as well. Green were fast and in great shape. Can't say enough good things. Take the drive to Lakeland and play The Club at Eaglebrooke.

My buddies and I had a great time playing this course on 4/09/16. We could not have chosen a better golf venue for our golf outing. The employees at the club house and the starter box were extremely pleasant and friendly. Overall it was an excellent experience for all of us. We highly recommend this golf course to anyone!
