Good Value
Some issues: GPS on cart didn’t work. Some tee boxes were so dry it was hard to tee up the ball, other than that, good value and course layout.

Scattered muddy spots
Easy to find. Easy check in. Carts can come to car. Ice available. Sand bottles on carts. Water buckets for towels. Water for us on course. Tees getting chewed. Fairways good with scattered muddy spots. Roughs with occasional bare spots. Greens putt nicely. Very few bunkers. Played in 2:25.

Course conditions were good as was the pace of play. Always a choice of ours when we are looking for a quick 9.

Decent course, good for a fun round.
Course is in pretty good shape, and fairly open with not much to get you in trouble. Shorter course with 3 - 9 hole courses that are mostly par 3's and 4's, and only one par 5 on one of the 9 holes.
All the par 3's can back things up a bit, but it was a nice day so not too worried.
