Pretty fair shape for now
Easy to find we live here. Easy check in cheaper when you live here. Carts can go to car. Ice chests but no ice in them. Sand and towel buckets at each nine. Tees good but pretty firm. Fairways seem dry and uneven grass growth. San tan greens pretty nice and roll well four peaks seem longer and slightly slower. Bunkers with fair amount of sand played in 3:40 cost for course is our issue compared to regulation courses
Pace of play was slow.
There were 2 groups of 5 golfers ahead of us , so we were probably 45 min behind what we should have been. It was great weather so that was good.
Mediocre
Course is listed as a par 72 18 holes course…. Even if you play the longest set of 9 twice it is par 66 at a whopping 5000 yards. Pace of play is very slow. Conditions and course itself is fine for what it is. Just wish they didn’t market a course as a par 72 when it is definitely not and then charge as if they were.
breathe
Did ever need a round of golf that resembles taking a Meditation? Then this is a course for you. It has a challenging par 5, and enough par 4's that you can't leave your driver home. The pace was surprisingly quick and the number of local's playing the course creates a friendly ambiance.
Fun in the sun
Enjoyed my time on the course and was invited to join a twosome that were excellent folks. Weather was perfect. Will play again since I was even par after my nine holes.
Not worth the price
This course is in a 55 and over community. We waited to hit every hole. The course is punishing if you don’t hit it straight off the fairway. The layout is favored to short game and short t shots. While the course was ok I wouldn’t play again. But the greens were some of the best we saw in AZ.

Course was in great shape, greens fast and play time was excellent. Will come back again soon!
