Decent course.
I would give a better review, except they do bot honor SWFL Golf Pass. They claimed they didn't know about it and I paid when I made reservations.
Nice but distracting
The course was in good shape. I thought the fairways were cut too short for my liking. I enjoyed the layout. The people working there were great. There is a lot of construction underway along the track. I found it distracting.
A fun, challenging course
Rolling fairways and quick putting greens wirh multiple flag placement zones. Hit to the wrong zone, you have interesting putts to save par.
Always consistent..
From the Practice Areas to the Greens, The Course is in excellent shape. Staff is always friendly. Free Range Balls and GPS on the Carts is a plus. Highly recommend.
Very Enjoyable
The course was really enjoyable. Starter was nice and explained the tee boxes and navigation of the first 2 holes.
Free range balls caught me off guard. I got there 15 minutes before my tee time and I wish I got there earlier.
Fairway conditions were great!
Green conditions were great! We’re still a little aerated and had some sand on them but they have to do those things to take care of the course. The greens were large and fun to approach.
Rough was not too punishing. If you missed the fairway it was still fairly easy to find your ball and play a shot either out back into the fairway or into the green.
Shorter course for the most part especially the par 3’s.
Overall: I can’t wait to get back and play here again
New course
Read several of the bad reviews from many months ago. All I can say to those critics that gave it a bad review is " go somewhere else and leave this one to me and my friends". It's a great layout and going to get better in time. The pro shop/ club house/ grill is sparse but I came here to play golf, not eat and drink. Still some growing pains but is one of the better courses in the area and will get better with time. Certainly is not in the same league as TPC Sawgrass, or even some of the private courses in the area, but you can play this one and without breaking the bank to play. Will be back in 6 months to check out it's progress.
Tom really likes Ibis
The course is one of my favorites and to support that comment I drive for an hour to get there.
Great course & staff
Always enjoy playing Ibis Landing, course was in great shape even after a recent greens aeration.Their staff is top notch!! Look forward to returning soon.
New Course
Built in a new housing development. Lots of rough areas due to construction in the development but most did not affect course directly. From championship tees this is a TOUGH course. I'm 81 and handicapped from two back surgeries in February 2024 so I playe IV tees at 5400 yds. Just about right for me. As I heal, I'll move back. My only problem with the course is location. I live an hour and a half away any and once off I-75 it's a driving "experience" to find the course. I will be back, but want to wait a while to give the course a chance to mature. Highly recommend the course for nearby golfers. There are better ones in area but not at the price I paid. Check out Golf now Deals.
Thanks for this update. I haven't played there since it was Copperhead. The track was always an interesting one, but it was never in good condition. I'll probably give it another shot soon in part because of your review

Layout is nice. A lot of construction but no impact to round.
