The tee areas are so sandy its like you're always teeing off from a bunker. Photo submitted by allanduke on 11/19/2023

Great Courses
From the tee box to the greens were in great shape.
We had an audience on one of the holes.
Course condition not good
I am very hopeful that they will recover from the conditions listed below. I like the layout of the course. No hidden bunkers or water features.
The course in late May 2024 was suffering from failed watering system and nearly no rain since December, 2023. The tee boxes and fairways were brown or no greass at all, the putting greens were more brown than green, and most of the green on the fairways were weeds.
Since mid June 2024, the area has received considerable rain and the course has new, higher volume pumps. The fairways and tees are green and nearly regrown. Unfortunately, they have not mown the fairways for a week or more. I lost one ball even though I watched it land and bounce. The USGA would love to have rough like this.
The putting greens were in generally better condition. However, some were very patchy and not rolling true
All Around Horrible
I have just gotten into golf and I have played close to 10 courses over the past couple months and this was by far the worse course I have ever seen. I am a pretty manageable person when it comes to the tee boxes and fairways but when it came to the greens, there was no way around it. The ball would do 100 little bounces on the way to the hole on 16 out of 18 holes. Also, it was 90 degrees out and they had no source of water for us. So by the time we finished the front 9 we finished our water and had to finish with nothing to drink. 0/10 experience.
Outrageous
No gras on the tee boxes and the fairways, dry and brown greens. No water the last weeks on the course. Normally you must close the course.
Worth course ever !
The fact that this golf course is even open is an impertinence. Allegdly the pumps do not work. This course has not seen water for weeks (maybe month). You had the feeling of constantly playing from a bunker. It was really an imposition and we stopped playing after 9 holes.
Worst maintenance ever
We have played golf on this course for last 15 years, under the name of MAJESTIQUE GOLF usually Florida vacation time.
We pretty much enjoyed each time Florida off season golf.
I hear the management ship has changed recently from a friendly staff..
I found the corse condition was worst ever, and it seemed the new owner of this course almost no pay attention for the corse maintenance.
Needs some Help
Same as many other reviews. Course is challenging but in very poor condition. Unplayable from many fairways. Hoping for some much needed rain to help them. However it is still a good value as you learn to hit from difficult situations
poor conditions
dry fairways, some greens are ok, nice and friendly stuff, paid 20 $, that's ok, but not a great deal
Good course that neeeds TLC
The bad news: Earlier this year, they lost their main irrigation pump and have to water sparingly. Tees and fairways are burnt out.
The good news: The course layout is somewhat challenging yet not too easy. Also, we are entering the rainy season so conditions should improve.
Staff is friendly and open about the current course condition.
For right now it is a sand and rock course.
You are all correct. It has its good and bad points. But it is April on a very dry year. Once it starts raining, it will be a different. I went out. Had not played in 5 years. So for me it was forgiving. Guve it time and some money. Keep playing. I bet it will get better.
In Temporary Bad Condition
We typically play this course in season because rates at other courses in the Naples area where we live are outrageous. However, this course was in horrible condition. Evidently their pumps were out so the course hadn’t been irrigated in I don’t know how long. Greens and fairways are totally burnt out. We’re hoping since the new owners took over they’ll make some improvements. There should be an alert on the website.
You must have played Wildcat Run.
