Good Value, Good Course
Great Staff - Great Greens and course condition.
Tight off many tees- blame goes to the architect for messing up his landing areas.
Tees are fair to all abilities, I played 2 (6153) and my girlfriend played 5
How you ever got a liquor license with only two functioning toilets on the property is beyond me.
Yes I'd go back, Id enjoy it more the second time and hit driver about 3 or 4 times less.
Beats a lot of more expensive places
We played under cool, sunny conditions with a strong breeze. We loved the design—there is a lot of variety. Also liked the fact that the water features were there but not monotonous like some other Florida courses. Good signage gets you around the course, and the five sets of tee markers are easy to see. Course conditions are excellent—greens fast and true, fairways uniform quality, bunkers with good white sand. The range is interesting in that you hit over water to islands placed at various distances. Yes, there is active construction on the borders of the course, given that the area is under development, but this does not interfere directly with any of the holes; we did not feel that it was spoiling our round. Given the quality of the course, we thought that the green fees beat a lot of other similar courses. Will play again.
In middle of muddy construction project
The course is quite terrible overall because there's a giant housing construction project weaving along most of the holes. There are fields of mud and dozens of earth-moving equipment and sewer/water pipes getting ready to be installed. They should advise golfers about this because the construction project certainly detracts from the ambiance. When I told clubhouse attendant that we felt misled, he replied, "Why's that?"
Great Value
Based on the current rates in the area, Ibis Landing is perhaps the best value. The course is in great condition - fast greens, well maintained fairways and tee boxes, and friendly staff. The slight negative is starting with two par 5's and the crossover to No. 2 and No. 7 is a little awkward.
Great fun track
This was my second time playing this course and I really like the setup. Great fast greens and the staff were excellent. Great value for you your money. Will definitely be back to play it again.
Rainy Day
Played well until it poured the rain. Nice track and in great shape!
