tough
one of the more challenging courses I played in the area many holes had trouble on both sides a lot of construction happening throughout the course greens quite fast and had a lot of slope pins seemed to be in tough positions

Good now will get better
Newly redone and lots of new construction going on but fairways were
In good shape greens very fast and true so all in all a great value and we played in 3.5 hrs! Will be back

Having to wait on every shot is no fun. Group ahead was slow and didn't care. No marshal to move things along. Slow play spoiled an otherwise fine day at a pretty good course.
