Worst I've ever played. No grass at all except on some of the greens, the rest of it just dirt sand and weeds.

1st time playing here since last year when it was in terrible condition.

Tee boxes and most fairways are like waste areas. Front 9 greens were playable. Back 9 greens were in good condition and the fairways were better.

A lot of people there when I arrived. First time that there was a reasonable green fee for a course of this caliber(TeeOff.com). Carts were in good shape and USB ports worked.

Greens are good, but the rest of the course needs a lot of repair. I was told their irrigation system was down..

Almost unplayable at this point. Greens okay, the rest needs a total makeover. No grass in fairways or t boxes.

The course is going through renovation under new management. The fairways are ok but greens are bumpy. A good golf course to work on your drives and the short game!

They dont have water for the course. They dont rake or groom their bunkers. The fairways have no grass. It is all deadpan surface where you cannot even take a divot.

It's Dog Track Material. Course is in terrible shape. No grass, can't find any. They say it's going to get better, but that won't take much. Not worth playing, a driving range would be better deal for the money.

I like the layout and the staff were great. However, course condtions were not that great. I think it needed more water especially on the front nine. The greens were about a 6/10 though.

Golf cart guy was very rude. Cashier and starter were very polite and helpful. The course has virtually no grass on the tee boxes or fairways and in awful condition. Some greens burnt out but generally puttable.

The cart paths are in horrible condition, bumpy and dusty.

Vegetation has overgrown the ponds that used to be a nice feature on the course and need to be cleaned up.

With some watering and TLC this could be a nice course as the layout is great.

This course has been under new management and is getting better than it was when it was Majestic. Hoping the improvements continue, that being said greens rolled well and were more receptive than the last time I played here. Price makes its a good practice course

I’ve read the previous reviews, so I won’t pile on. I spoke to a grounds keeper and he said they need to put more water on. They have old water pumps, with new ones on order. They’re concerned of overworking the old pumps, so it’s a slippery slope to water yet not burn the old pumps up. Once the new pumps are installed, they have a plan. I golfed with two other men that stated the greens are improved since January. I believe we need to give them time to get this place right. I’m convinced they will do so. I checked do not recommend at this time, but I will in the future.

Greens were excellent, course play was slow that day. Would play this course again, keep up the good work.

I’m sorry but the conditions now are almost unplayable. Played here a couple of months ago and it did look promising at that time. Players should know of the conditions before booking. If there are maintenance issues I’m hoping they can be resolved soon. I do plan on booking again in the future if it can be brought back to at least a 3star course.

The day started off poorly as it was difficult to find the course. It is located in a housing community, but the only indication was a small billboard sign.

Our Garmin devises pulled up a different name, as the pro shop told us the name was changes within the past year.

The only thing that stands out about this course is the incredibly poor condition of the fairways. it was more like playing through waste bunkers than fairways.

I would not play this course again, not recommend it
