Thankful to play on Thanksgiving
We had a good time today at Majestic. Staff was friendly when we arrived, and we got out right away. Hotdogs and a beer at the turn was easy, and we got around in 4 hours hours. We’ll go back again.
Golf Obstacle Course
The only well kept hole is the one next to the main road. We left after the first 9 and didn’t even bother with the back 9. Would pay 10 dollars tops to play here

Reseeding
Nothing on the website indicated this was a back nine twice ordeal. I would have picked another course. They should be done with reseeding in a week.

Down hill
I live in the area and haven’t played there in over a year. What a difference a year can make. T know they had redone the greens less than 2 yrs ago. They are horrible at best. Large patches of missing green , large patches of replaced green I am only sorry I didn’t take pictures. You just wouldn’t believe the condition. Most tee boxes are crowned and are in terrible condition. I think there was only 2 tee boxes that I thought, these are not bad. Good thing we only paid 21.00 per person or I would be really kicking myself.
The sad part is this used to be a decent course , I think the greens keeper needs to be replaced and find someone who can bring this course back to the luster it once had.

Time for a change
Only played this course because of the low cost. Greens were in poor condition. Same with tee boxes. Fairways don’t look like they have adequate drainage systems. This place feels like a bunch of teenage boys have a clubhouse and they just want to hang out and not take care of the course. Overall, poor course maintenance and management.

Needs Work
If you want a fairly easy course for an inexpensive rate, this is your course. Greens had some bald spots, weeks all around.

Going Downhill
It's a shame that the greens are in such horrible condition and there's an obvious lack in overall supervision of the maintenance staff, because this course could be a gem. The layout is great, the pro shop and snack bar staff are very friendly. I play here weekly in a men's league and for the past couple years I've watched the course conditions continue to slide down hill to the point of being nearly unplayable. Almost every putt is a 'hit and hope' because of holes and lack of grass.

I can not recommend this course to my worst enemy.not even The discount I get from Golfnow.it needs a lot lot lot of attention.

The course is really wet right now as they’ had several big rains after a real dry summer which hurt a few of the greens but over very good bang for your buck

greens need work
The greens were in really rough shape. The "members" just roam all over the course willy nilly. The first few times playing here I enjoyed it. But it seems that the management has cheaped out lately.
Like I mentioned, I enjoyed the course the 3 times previous, but with the shape the greens were in and Members driving their carts right up on the collar of the green. It really showed the lack of respect some people have for the game.
