Entire course needs work. Greens on front nine were incredibly bad. Spots didn’t even have grass and they had the pin placement in those areas so you almost always had to putt through them. Course is worth maybe $10-15 at most.

Many of the fairways were soggy causing ball to stick in the ground. Second tier of grass lacked scheduled cutting, possibly due to wet grounds. Tee boxes and greens needed a lot work, several brown patches and weeds.

I guess for $22 for 18 holes one can;t complain.

I've always enjoyed the course September thru December before prices go up, and look forward to playing again. I'll be returning to SWFL after Gov. Desantis gets the Covid-19 rates down.

I've played this course 20 times in the last 5 years. Today it took over the #1 rating of the worse course in the Ft Myers area. Every green was destroyed by disease . Fairways were saturated and bare. Even for $15 with a cart, it was not worth it. I thought Westminster had the #1 rating for terrible shape but I played there twice in the last seek and it has improved with the new ownership. I don't know what's going on at Majestic but it really needs help. Sorry guys.

The greens are completely tore up but for so cheap you can't pass up just getting out and swinging your clubs

The greens keepers have been making efforts to improve tee boxes and fairways but greens have gone from bad to worse.

This course is in rough shape. The greens have bare spots and weeds all over. The tee boxes are bare in multiple locations. The only decent part of the course was some parts of the fairways and even that is generous. For the price I paid, I was expecting much better.

Greens and Tee Boxes are very damaged, out of the 18, a maybe three of the greens were in good condition. Fairways were maintained well. Not sure if it was from overwatering or due to recent rains, but all greens were extremely soft.

Well, I came back to play Majestic based on recent reviews. The course has not gotten any better. To many bare spots in fairways, tee boxes and greens. Weeds around green fringes. I guess for $20 it was ok for a practice round. You really can't play serious here. Improve your lies, hit a couple balls, smoke a cigar and have a $2 draft after. Folks are friendly. I do like the holes, it would be great if in better shape.

Very slow play. After playing front nine, rather than keep waiting, played the front nine over again, since there was less of a backup. Other problem was the fairways were dry with weeds and very little actual grass.

Great course for the money and close to the house!

Course is getting better every week... Greens still not where they should be but improving... Nice layout... Overall I will play here anytime I can get in for less than$30.00

was a good round even though I was playing in light thunderstorms. Had the course to myself pretty m uch. Not the best conditions to write a review but I enjoy playing this course as a beginner. Challenging layout for me. Staff was kind enough to give me an extra 9 holes due to the unfavorable weather conditions. Didnt play it though. Will always go to this course as long as it is open.

I'm no pro. Not even amateur. I've been playing golf for maybe 7 months now. I practice at their driving range but today was my first day playing at this course. Overall this course is good. Loved the layout. The fairways are nice. The greens however could use some work. Some were in pretty good shape. Some were not so good. But for $23, I got more than my money's worth. Will play again. Staff is friendly.

First time playing this course in 6 months or so, and I was pleasantly surprised.

The staff and owners here are putting money into the course and working on making improvements. Just in the 6 months there is a huge difference.

Fairways for the most part were in good shape minus a couple ground under repair spot. Greens were good on the back nine, hit or miss on the front. Tee boxes will need some tlc over the summer to get back to normalcy. I recommend playing from the blues, they are probably in the best shape, but play similar length to the whites.

The course layout is friendly with most holes being pretty straight on with strategic bunkers and tree clusters.

At the end of my round, went to the clubhouse and the staff/owners were interested in my feedback which was a nice touch. You can tell they really care and want the best product they can produce.

Overall, my experience was positive and I look forward to coming back over the summer a few more times.

Course condition is improving all the time, great staff and reasonable fees for Fort Myers, Naples area.
