Gone downhill.
Conditions have deteriorated in past few years. Several greens in tough shape. Challenging layout with plenty of water. Staff was terrific. I would give it a couple of years before trying it again.

Course was okay
Greens were not in decent shape. Bumpy and bare spots. Bathroom facilities were below average at pro shop location and terrible on the course. Fairways and rough were good. Tee boxes had many bare spots.

Use to be great
The palm cove golf course is going down hill. Price went up from last year and quality of greens fairways and sand traps poor. A lot of debris all over the course especially near cart paths from hole to hole. Played on a Monday and saw no maintenance or groundskeepers the entire day. Heard that owner is getting ready to sell soon. Let’s hope so!! Hopefully new owner will fix it up and get it back to beautiful cores it once was.

Staff top notch friendly. Course challenging. Greens fair overall. No restroom or portapoty around away from clubhouse. Club closed at 4:45 today?

This course has a great challenging layout, but the course conditions are horrible. Why own a course and keep in such horrible conditions? There is a reason why you can always find tee times here.
