Palm Cove Golf and Yacht Club

This course has some great golf holes and demanding shot requirements. Tee selection is important because there are some decent forced carries on some of the back tees. The greens are in great shape and fair. Pay attention to the course map on the scorecard because there are some hidden hazards that are reachable from the tee. Installing GPS would be a great help for those new to the course. All that being said this is great golf course and I had a great day with the two gentlemen they paired me with. Staff was outstanding and eager to please. The man who greets you and takes care of your clubs is a great guy and he always has a smile with greeting as you arrive or a request for you to return as you leave. Play this course whenever you’re in the area.

Played with Erwin and Gale. One birdie but he played 1 Eagle and 3 birdies. Was really a challenge. Very nice course. Like to play this one. Will come back.

Challenging course that pushes the go for it or not mind set.

Pick the tees that are best suited to you and have a fun time. Interesting layout. Very good greens. Course condition as good as I've seen it. Pace of play very good on front; back not so much.

Lots of water. Shotmakers course. In good condition. Mature rolling terrain . Not overly long. Lovely community and setting.

This course is a bit short (female playing from the red tees), but it is definitely challenging. There are lots of unsighted shots with many dog legs. It is a fun course to play, but bring extra ammo! You're bound to lose several balls on this course.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and chatty. They are so helpful offering much advice about how to play the course.

The greens had been recently sanded, so they were a bit slower than expected, but they were in beautiful shape.

I shot my handicap, so I will definitely be back!

Went as twosome paired up with 2 nice guys. Fun friendly day. Course a little tight. Would have to play couple of times to be familiar with hazards. Will try again soon. Staff were courteous.

First time playing. Course very challenging for a 25 hcp player. Will play again as knowing the layout should help. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Conditions were good for this time of year. Greens were faster and rolled better than the other courses we played in the area. If you’re playing here for the first time - bring some extra balls. The course is a little tight and has some blond shots. Overall great course for the price

We have played this course several times and it Is always easier the second time. The lay out can confuse the first time. The conditions are good with lovely course and well kept greens and fairways. Some water like everywhere in Fl . We find the staff especially pleasant and helpful. If you slice or draw on the tee you will need extra balls for sure.

PALM COVE IS FINE, IT IS CROUDED AND EVERYTIME I HAVE BEEN THERE MY TEE TIME WAS ALWAYS PUSHED BACK. THE GREENS & FAIRWAYS HAVE SOME SLOPES SO A GOOD SHOT IN THE FAIRWAY CAN ROLL OFF OR EVEN IN THE WATER. BUT THE COURSE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE.

Palm Cove places a premium on hitting the ball straight. I played from the relatively short white tees after staring down the fairway from the black tees on the first hole. If in doubt, I'd recommend playing from the more forward tees. There is lots of trouble on this course, but few surprises. Course was in good condition for January. Will play again.
