About
The beautifully manicured, par-72 Renaissance Golf Course features two distinctive nines. The front nine has an open links feel to it with wide fairways and greens that will accept bump-and-run approach shots. The back nine requires more accuracy from tee to green as it meanders through a large conservation area. Water comes into play on every hole on the inward nine on this course designed by Chip Powell. Most fairways are lined with stately pines and ancient oaks. The greens at the Renaissance Golf Club are a pleasure to putt. These TifEagle Bermuda grass putting surfaces are state-of-the-art and roll fast.

Great course
One of the better courses in the area, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
beautiful course
Awesome course. There are only 2 complaints. All the tee boxes had longer grass than normal, not sure why. Also there was no drink cart on the course.
Amazing but no Practice facilities.
I have played courses all over America and this course is in the top 20% I have played. But they have no I repeat NO practice facilities. And I don’t get it. I will play it again but just don’t get it.
Good layout in good shape, but slow going
We played this course yesterday. Is it worth the $65 we paid. Yes and no. Yes, it is a decent course and the greens were in very good condition. Most of the fairways were in good condition, as well as the tee boxes. The main complaint is the pace of play. It took over 3-hours to play the first 10-holes. At that point, we called the pro shop to let them know what was going on time-wise. They were very apologetic, and must of sent someone out to talk to the slow groups ahead, because we ended up finishing in less than 5-hours. Lesson learned...we should have called and complained about the pace a lot earlier because when they were informed, unlike a lot of courses, they actually sent someone out to move things along. We had a great dinner in the clubhouse after play, food was good, beer was cold, and the prices were excellent! Will definitely play here again.
Nice Course
They are a little out of the way, but worth the drive.
The course is well maintained, challenging and fairly priced.
Staff is efficient and friendly.
A definite do-over for us.
No carts
Our tee time was delayed for over 30 minutes because there were no carts available. Obviously the course was over booked ! Never had this problem before anywhere! The cart staff were very nice and apologetic .
Great Course
Second time playing this course and I’m a big fan. The only issue we had was that we had to wait for carts, We were told that was typical on a Sunday. The course is in excellent condition, very well maintained and the greens roll really nice.
Great Course
Excellent layout and in very good condition. Only drawback was no driving range but there was a range back up the road 1 mile. The pace of play was excellent for 12. 20 start. Large fairways but bunkered well around the greens. The greens rolled true with some undulations on about 12 of the holes.
Well stocked pro shop and very friendly staff. A must play if your in the Tampa or Bradenton area.

Excellent course - a little pricey. I would like to see a 9 hole afternoon rate. We played at 3:00 and did not finish 18 holes.
Nice course and wonderful staff
Great layout and the team of people who operate the club were terrific. We had a great time and very much enjoyed the course. The bunkers could use some help but all in all a great round for me and my guests.

Amazing
Ive played this course before but it was my daughter's first time playing it and she kept commenting how nice everyone she ran into was, from the Ranger to the cart gentlemen. We love this course.
