About
The beautifully manicured, par-72 Renaissance Golf Course features two distinctive nines. The front nine has an open links feel to it with wide fairways and greens that will accept bump-and-run approach shots. The back nine requires more accuracy from tee to green as it meanders through a large conservation area. Water comes into play on every hole on the inward nine on this course designed by Chip Powell. Most fairways are lined with stately pines and ancient oaks. The greens at the Renaissance Golf Club are a pleasure to putt. These TifEagle Bermuda grass putting surfaces are state-of-the-art and roll fast.

Course was in good shape . Nice layout .
Club R
We had a 1:-- PM tee time and when I looked at their tee sheet on line it showed tons of opening between 12 and 1 PM so we got there about an hour early and were able to go right out to the tee box once we were ready. Saw no one on the course until a solo golfer caught up with us and he asked could he go by us once we were on the back nine. We told him no probllem. Also there was two some on the tee box at 10 on the turn and they conceded to us and allowed us to play through. Course was in fantastic shape considering all the rain we had received this week,
Boring Course/Great Food
No driving range… very small practice putting green
The Club
It was so nice being back at Club R again. Really surprised that there was no stack up at the tee box and we never saw another group until a single asked to pass us at the the first Par 3 and a two some passed us on the back nine at hole number 10. After that we saw no one behind us until we got to hole 14..So pace of play was great. Was a bit hot but we had plenty of water to keep us hydrated. Will definitely be going back again and looking forward to an empty golf course again....
Good, not great.
A very nice course. Layout is excellent. Lots of tee options. Conditions were above average except bunkers. They need a major overhaul there. Some bunkers had no sand at all. Greens were beautiful. Tee’s are mostly good. Fairways good. No range is a turn off. Been trying to get someone, anyone to return my emails and voicemails about membership to no avail. Maybe they don’t want new members? Can’t figure that one out. I may have to go elsewhere which is a shame. Would consider this place but can’t do that unless someone returns my messages.

Course was in great shape. Played a hot deal, course empty, fun layout. Always enjoy playing here.

Thats very nice but golf is supposed to be played trying to keep up with the group IN FRONT OF YOU not behind, please try and keep up so we dont have to play in 5-6 hours
