About
The beautifully manicured, par-72 Renaissance Golf Course features two distinctive nines. The front nine has an open links feel to it with wide fairways and greens that will accept bump-and-run approach shots. The back nine requires more accuracy from tee to green as it meanders through a large conservation area. Water comes into play on every hole on the inward nine on this course designed by Chip Powell. Most fairways are lined with stately pines and ancient oaks. The greens at the Renaissance Golf Club are a pleasure to putt. These TifEagle Bermuda grass putting surfaces are state-of-the-art and roll fast.

Brazilian Peppers
Fun layout. Big Brazilian Pepper infestation. On the back nine obscuring views from back tee boxes on a couple of holes
Nice course to play with value for money
Fairway grass was too long, green rolls on the slow side, restaurant didn't open until 11 am (no breakfast at the club house). All other aspect was great - friendly staff, great club house. I don't know if we supposed to but we were able to shower in the club house spa.
Great test from the Gold!
Greens were superb! Layout tests ability to move the ball in both directions, especially on the back nine. Great test!
Great round at Renaissance
Our foursome had a great round with good pace of play on a Sunday mid-morning tee time. The course rangers were helpful and friendly. The Pro Shop has lots of merchandise and great sale prices. We stopped in the clubhouse for lunch after the round. The food was good quality and reasonably priced. I would recommend this course for just about anyone.

I met a friend from St. Pete here as this course was halfway between us.
Haven't played this course for some time but always enjoy playing here. Staff very accommodating/friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this course.
Great greens and fairways
I hate to write and let people know just how nice this course is. I played Thursday 11/9/17 was greeted as I arrived had golf cart delivered to me at my car went in to pay greeted nicely by a very nice lady . Our bill was set for each of us we didn't have to do any figuring it was all set and we paid our share of the bill. We were then offered coffee and headed out to the putting course .we were joined by a single who joined up with us . The round was a little over 2 hours. I hate to say so much good about this course because once you read this you'll all want to play and that will make it tougher for me to get a tee time.
Excellent greens
Greens in excellent condition, but much maintenance underway with fairways, mainly on back nine.
Great layout
I would recommend playing here, no hole is the same and the course is a challenge for all. They are currently fixing a few of the fairways, but it doesn't take away from the whole experience. I hardly ever see a ranger or cart girl, so sometimes playing behind a slow group will be a pain.
Renaissance
Very nice greens...course recently repaired damages from a hurricane and was coming along nicely. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Thanks...
Sunday Golf
The greens were in great shape. There were several “ground under repair” areas but overall the course was in good shape. We paid $26 to play the course which made it a great value. Once we left the first tee, we never had to wait. The foursome had a great time. I would definitely play this course again. The back 9 requires a lot of good golf shots. Hole 11 over the water is a lot of fun.
Another Terrific Day
This course once again was well worth the money! Great layout, friendly staff, excellent conditions and first class amenities with a fine dining menu.
Lovely Course - shame about maintenance
I love this course layout and in tha past it’s been in great condition. However, played here yesterday and a number of fairways were “ ground under repair” - disappointing but overall still a really decent track. Staff were most helpful. Had a spot of lunch which was disappointing hence no dinner afterwards.
