Great, challenging, scenic layout but fairways were in terrible condition. Greens were fair. Lots of potential but needs work

horrible course conditions. the only posiitive you could take away from it is its hard. fairways were horrific. greens had diseased grass/patches of fairway throughout.

This course used to be one of my favorites, even with bad course conditions. However, they have let the course conditions get so bad, now even I can't tolerate this course any longer. There are so many spots all over the fairways that have no grass and look like the back of turtle! Greens are showing some signs of improvement but still awful when compared to other courses around. It's a total shame how the management has neglected to take care of this otherwise a wonderful golf course.

Overall course layout is great. Fun course with lots of tricky holes. Unfortunately, the conditions weren't great. Many greens had dead patches that did not allow for putting. Many fairways also had dead patches. Pace of play was also slow. I played with 2 others and it took 5 hours.

We moved out of the area about 16 months ago and I used to play this coarse regularly and it was really nice, fairways and greens were always in good shape.

I don’t know what happened since then but there were a lot of bare areas in the fairways and the greens. It really leaves a bad taste when you pay good money for someone on a fixed income, it just doesn’t make it very enjoyable when you’re expecting everything to be as nice as it was when we left but find just the opposite .

Th course need lot of work, greens and fairways are horribles, it’s such a shame, i already plaid the course and it was one of my favorites.

Good Things! Layout awesome; Staff excellent; Clubhouse big plus

Bad Things: Greens - many greens are in terrible shape; the greens that are in good shape need to be rolled (too slow) and cut. Both make the round not as enjoyable.

Fairways: Many sections were open dirt and sand. I had to continually move my ball to find something green to hit off of.

Horrible conditions almost on every hole. Some fairways non existent. Just occasional patches of grass with dirt. Green are even worse. Some more playable than others but mostly a disaster. Paying over $70 for this is a joke. Front nine pace was slightly over an hour and a half with no one ahead of us. Once on the back 9, we were the third foursome playing on each hole and waited on them all. They must have been allowing others to jump into the back 9. Inexcusable. Won’t be back.

Friendly staff, good pace of place, and the course layout is challenging but fun. Not in great shape with some greens greens patchy and burnt out but for the price it’s ok.

Course has a number of maintenance issues. A lot of water creates interesting challenges. Snack bar a plus.

We’ve played this course a couple times MANY years ago and really liked the layout, conditions and experience. This time, course maintenance and conditions were a mess. The starter warned us and he was spot on. GPS system does not give you yardages - Yikes! It was relatively inexpensive to play late in the day, but not worth the time. Stopped into the pub for a sandwich. Not worth it and incredibly noisy with a couple regulars yelling into a mobile phone the whole time we were there. Hope they can survive.
