The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club

Very friendly and personable staff. First time visiting. Course looked amazing from the clubhouse by the first and tenth tee boxes.

Pace was not 3:45, but more like 4:10 which was ok due to water on all 18 holes which slows play. The problem was the conditions of the fairways and the greens especially. Large bare spots and ground under repair. The greens were really bad.

For the price, expected it to be in much better shape.

Course is generally in good condition following recent hurricane damage. Some greens remain blighted and sandy but we enjoyed ourselves. Excellent pace of play and friendly staff. Fun and challenging layout requiring precision

For a course that got ransacked by a very damaging hurricane, the conditions were very good! I would go back for sure.

Course is in excellent condition given the recent hurricanes. Only the greens were in disrepair but have been tended to. Easy course to play even with the water hazards. Staff was very friendly and well mannered. Definite recommend this course

If you can avoid the water on almost every hole you can score here at the Dunes. If you find water - you'll struggle all day. The course plays fast and some of the fairways are very narrow - hit 'em straight. The greens are improving after having been redone after the last hurricane - so some expected ultra sandy greens.

Too tough for a 14 handicap who wasn't playing very well, shortish.

Beautiful course in great condition, especially fairways. Some greens need work. Friendly staff, fast pace of play. Played multiple times.

What a nice surprise. Just weeks after back to back hurricanes, this course was in great shape. There were a few spots here and there but overall in really fantastic shape.

You better be on your game. I’m a 10 handicapper and I didn’t break 85 (par 70). There is water on every hole. I was told there is more water than grass on the course.

I played the black tees (~5600 yards) and had 2-3 club winds all day and had some 3 woods into par 4’s.

If you are off your game, bring plenty of balls.

High flexible to change tee times. Extremely freindly people. Perfect contidition

Tight and narrow course with plenty of water and bunkers guarding the greens. Target golf required to achieve a good score. Plenty of challenge.

Been playing the dunes for about 15 years. I still can't believe the course was in such pristine shape after all the damage. The Dunes is a different sort of course but fun.
