Nice course
I had a 1:14 tee time, but due to a member-member event that day, tee times were delayed almost 30 minutes. I was worried that I would not get the round in before sunset. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see the pace of play got us around the course in 4 hours. The greens were faster than most in the area (stimp meter posted at course was 10.5) but rolled true, and there were subtle breaks to read to get the ball home. I played blue tees at almost 6,600 yards and found the course very playable - my handicap index was a 9.9 and I shot 79, so I had a great day. I did find myself in many fairway bunkers, but I was able to get out of them reasonably well, so no problem with the bunkers on this course. I will definitely play this course again in the future.

Great to be back
I enjoy playing this course it’s sometimes a little pricey but if you get a chance you should definitely play it it’s a Davis Love course that he actually design golfer friendly and several tee boxes for all types of offers but if you’re a beginner don’t play here ! You will hold up play .The course itself is always in excellent condition from the tea boxes to the greens even the traps are well-maintained greens are very fast but true The staff are always friendly

Nice Course
Very nice course pretty wide open except for a few holes. Greens rolled true and were pretty quick. They have the stipmeter reading on the first and ten tee boxes to let you know the speed of the greens I will return

Great condition, kind of boring.
First, the course was in fantastic condition. The greens were flat and ran fast, but still held on approach. The only complaint I have is that the "look" and how it plays is somewhat boring. Most holes have very wide fairways and not a lot of danger. There isn't a ton of water as you often see on courses in this area. Overall I enjoyed it and thought the price was fair for a Sunday morning.

Top notch conditions and staff but….
Conditions were terrific - tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and greens were true and semi-fast. But it lacks character as most holes were wide open with no elevation changes. The green complexes made some holes interesting. I would definitely play again.

Greens had been sanded recently.
No beverage cart that came around.
River Hall needs to keep bar/restaurant open later then 5:00. Golfers that go out after 1:00 cannot enjoy it.
