About
Stewart Peninsula offers a nine-hole golf course along Lake Lewisville with dual greens on every hole. On the first round, you'll play from the red tees to the red flags, and on the back you'll go yellow to yellow. After a straightforward opening hole where the only real problem is a pesky fairway bunker, nos. 2 and 3 start a trend of interesting holes. No. 2 offers completely different looks from each set of tees. The right side pin placement presents problems because of the lake, and the left flag rests close to greenside mounding that will send balls bounding afar. Misses here should find the bunkers, as the recovery is not all that difficult from the sand. Stewart Peninsula's third hole is probably the signature, and a 250-yard drive will put you in prime position to go at the multi-tiered green. Avoid missing back right, as the up-and-down is especially difficult from that side.

It was ok
Had never played a 9 hole course before, and it’s just not for me. Layout was a little confusing, but the biggest drag was the pace of play. Lack of a Marshall riding the course resulted in a 15-20 minute back up on most holes. Conditions and greens were average, but the lake setting was nice.
Fun, not long, but not easy.
Interesting, challenging course. 9 holes, but each hole has two separate greens. So you get in 18 by going around twice, once from the red tees to the green with the red flag, once from the yelliw tees to the green white the yellow flag. Fairways in mostly good condition. Greens in excellent shape. Yucky sand traps. Fun course. Plenty of water and other hazards to keep it challenging. Great value!
Good course! Escpecially for testing yourself
9 hole course with two tracks of play - decently maintained for the money and a great test for your iron play while also getting the opportunity to test how accurate you are with your driver. greens were well maintained

Very nice clean course, makes u play shots, not very forgiving. But very pretty views
Best Customer Service
Bryan Murphy was the best host for my friends and I who traveled from Kansas. The course was unique and very well kept. Bryan made us hotdogs when we got done with the front 9. Would go back just for Bryan.
Stewart Creek
The course was not as well kept up as other courses in the area. It was just as expensive so I definitely don’t feel like I got my moneys worth. Great views of the lake but that’s about it. Staff was super friendly. Probably good for beginners.
First round
Fantastic way to start my morning, great driving range/friendly staff/and green! That’s a huge plus, I know it summer but rough patches are not my favorite. Absolutely will be returning. 10/10 recommend

One of my favorite courses!
Friendly staff and easy going. I’ve played the course a few times and I like to take first time players there. The course offers a variety of holes and different looks. The best look is the lake it sits on. I will always go back.
Greens are bumpy. Layout is funky. Price is right for a good time. Best news you will probably break 100.
I should’ve researched this course…
The staff was great but the course conditions were poor. The greens were the best part except they were slow. The course is basically a nine holes with double greens; not really what I was looking for. Considering all of this, it was a decent round and it sure beat working…
9 Holes played twice
The same 9 holes with different tees and different flags. Poor condition. Not for a serious golfer and serious round. More for someone just looking to get out and enjoy the water and hit the ball.
