Stewart Peninsula Golf Course
About
Stewart Peninsula offers a nine-hole golf course along Lake Lewisville with dual greens on every hole. On the first round, you'll play from the red tees to the red flags, and on the back you'll go yellow to yellow. After a straightforward opening hole where the only real problem is a pesky fairway bunker, nos. 2 and 3 start a trend of interesting holes. No. 2 offers completely different looks from each set of tees. The right side pin placement presents problems because of the lake, and the left flag rests close to greenside mounding that will send balls bounding afar. Misses here should find the bunkers, as the recovery is not all that difficult from the sand. Stewart Peninsula's third hole is probably the signature, and a 250-yard drive will put you in prime position to go at the multi-tiered green. Avoid missing back right, as the up-and-down is especially difficult from that side.

Great value for the experience!
My son and I played this course for the first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the reviews but it was better than expected! The course is in fairly good shape, while the greens were in very good shape. The bunkers/traps were not maintained and a free drop next to the bunker was the local rule. The staff and the starter were very friendly. The course offers plenty of challenge. Placement is much more important than distance here!
Great, fun course on the water!
Beautiful time out at Stewart Peninsula. I loved the lakeside views! Fairways and greens were in great condition. I'll be back again soon! Thanks Jaime!
Stewart Peninsula
My son and I had a good round of golf at Stewart.
Really nice people there
Stewart Peninsula Review
The course had its ups and downs but if you do not hit the ball straight on every hole you will lose balls. Only 9 holes so to play 18 you play the course twice. The views were great, only upside to this course. Some fairways and greens are in poor condition.
Great views. Greens good condition
9 holes course with two tee boxes/flags on each hole. Great views of the lake everywhere. Some challenging holes. For the money, it was great.
Beginners
We are new to the game and had a slow pace. The staff was accommodating about scheduling tee times and the other players were understanding of our skill level. We are definitely coming back.
Every hole had beautiful views and the greens were well kept
Confusing Layout
This course is so hard to figure out. For starter we did not know Exactly where to tee off.
The Ground is mostly hard and cracking.
Not sure we will be back.
Nice round
Very kind and helpful staff. Course is smooth except some patches that you shouldn’t end up with good shots
Great Course for all skill levels
My eight-year-old son and I had a pleasure of playing this course.
From the front, the course plays fairly easy, leaving a lot of the hazards out of play. (There are a lot of water Hazards). Perfect for my son to learn the game with hazards in sight.
From the tips, It’s still a short course because they are limited by the water and surrounding neighborhoods but More of the hazards come into play and require a good tee shot to stay dry.
Great for Practice
This was a fun course to play with my daughter. She is just learning and the course/pace of play was great for her. The overall course was in good condition but everyone was super friendly and kind. Had a great time playing overall and able to use my full bag of clubs.
Still good…
This course continues to pleasantly surprise. For a double nine course it’s in pretty good shape. The range needs much love but the holes are fun. For $50, value is in the eye of the beholder but I’ll be back.
