Stewart Peninsula offers a nine-hole golf course along Lake Lewisville with dual greens on every hole. On the first round, you'll play from the red tees to the red flags, and on the back you'll go yellow to yellow. After a straightforward opening hole where the only real problem is a pesky fairway bunker, nos. 2 and 3 start a trend of interesting holes. No. 2 offers completely different looks from each set of tees. The right side pin placement presents problems because of the lake, and the left flag rests close to greenside mounding that will send balls bounding afar. Misses here should find the bunkers, as the recovery is not all that difficult from the sand. Stewart Peninsula's third hole is probably the signature, and a 250-yard drive will put you in prime position to go at the multi-tiered green. Avoid missing back right, as the up-and-down is especially difficult from that side.

Will be back

This course is great. It’s right next to Lake Lewisville, and the views are pretty awesome!

I first off have to say Brian and Jaime do an amazing job to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and I can’t compliment them more,

I’m fairly new to golfing and I thought the course had its challenges, but is an easier course than some others I’ve played. I played twice in the same week. First outing I took my wife and we had a blast.

Second I was paired up with 3 others on a hot deal and we had a great time. I actually shot a 93. First time breaking 100 and it was on the back tees!

I enjoy this course and when you get a hot deal, the value is incredible!

Awesome Staff

This is a great course right off lake Lewisville. It’s a 9 hole played twice. Brian and staff are incredible, and very welcoming!

Great little course

I had fun playing this course. Staff was great but the course could use a little work. Lots of drought cracks in the fairways. Greens were good.

Not worth the money

I want start of off, first of all, understanding the time/day we my GF & I were playing…mid afternoon, day before Thanksgiving, I get that. But even putting that aside, when it comes to course rating, the course is in poor condition. Seriously, if you have to travel off the cart path, you risk throwin your back out or losing golf cart suspension, due to huge cracks in ground and even most of the fairway areas were “deadpan”. Greens were decent but again, for the amount of money it cost us to play, was not even close to being worth it. AND, 9 holes only, 2 different tee boxes/flags, was confusing. Won’t be back

Not a 18 hole course

This isn’t an 18 hole course as advertised. They have two flags on every green with different tee boxes. I will not be going back. Only good thing about the course is that the greens were kept up really well. You also can’t even hit your driver at the DRIVING range. Really unfortunate.

Great round

Nice course in excellent condition. You play the 9 twice but helps the second time as first 9 a little tricky. Excellent value for money.

Awesome 9 hole

Greens are in awesome shape. Fairways are very dry with large cracks. I will say the cracks are due to no rain for a month. Very good course for the price.

Worst $50 I’ve ever spent on golf!

This course is one of the worst places I’ve ever had to play, it is a nine hole course with two separate pins on a split green. The course is in horrible shape and if there’s any other tee time available at another course you should take it. Worst conditions and course I’ve ever played in my life.

Great value for the experience!

My son and I played this course for the first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the reviews but it was better than expected! The course is in fairly good shape, while the greens were in very good shape. The bunkers/traps were not maintained and a free drop next to the bunker was the local rule. The staff and the starter were very friendly. The course offers plenty of challenge. Placement is much more important than distance here!

Stewart Peninsula Review

The course had its ups and downs but if you do not hit the ball straight on every hole you will lose balls. Only 9 holes so to play 18 you play the course twice. The views were great, only upside to this course. Some fairways and greens are in poor condition.

9 holes course with two tee boxes/flags on each hole. Great views of the lake everywhere. Some challenging holes. For the money, it was great.
