About
Stewart Peninsula offers a nine-hole golf course along Lake Lewisville with dual greens on every hole. On the first round, you'll play from the red tees to the red flags, and on the back you'll go yellow to yellow. After a straightforward opening hole where the only real problem is a pesky fairway bunker, nos. 2 and 3 start a trend of interesting holes. No. 2 offers completely different looks from each set of tees. The right side pin placement presents problems because of the lake, and the left flag rests close to greenside mounding that will send balls bounding afar. Misses here should find the bunkers, as the recovery is not all that difficult from the sand. Stewart Peninsula's third hole is probably the signature, and a 250-yard drive will put you in prime position to go at the multi-tiered green. Avoid missing back right, as the up-and-down is especially difficult from that side.

Challenging short course
The course was ok. Really burning out and hard on fairways but greens in good shape. Sand traps were hard ground dirt piles. Challenging for a short course but didn’t know it was a 9 hole course until I got there. Friendly staff and for a random play wasn’t too bad.
Terrible condition, only 9 holes
This course is only 9 holes which you play twice. The course is in terrible condition, I would not recommend it.
Nice people, good price, not great track
It’s really a 9-hole course that you play twice. 2 tee boxes and two flags. At times confusing. And if you forget and chip to wrong flag, it’s frustrating.
Nice Water Course
This is a nice little 9 hole course on the water. It can be challenging especially with signs everywhere about hitting the homes on the course.

Fairways in good shape, greens were in really good shape. I will go again, at the price GN had it for.
Fun course but Rough
This is a super fun course, and beautiful course on the water. The staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The course is in a rough condition right now. They are aerating the fairways and the greens are a bit rough. Besides that I love the course an easy double 9 hole playing reds then gold to get 18 holes.
The course isn’t as bad as yall say and the view is nice
The only thing I’d complain about is the starsky and hutch marshals that will follow you around for multiple holes. First hole they wouldn’t get out of the way because they wanted to look at some erosion? They said to literally hit the ball at them. It’s bored old dudes…otherwise the course is nice and being by the lake is a good time.
Trash
It's a 9 hole course that has split the tees and the greens to make "18 holes." There is no sand in the sand pits and more weeds than grass on the greens. Fairways are indistinguishable from rough. Don't waste your time or money
The views not worth the climb.
If you’re playing here for the view you won’t be disappointed. If you looking for a well run and managed course, keep looking. It’s a goat trail with an awesome view!
The Marshall was terrible and not friendly by any means. Stopped us 3 time for who know what reason. The fairways and greens are horrible. The greens have weeds growing from them and needs a lot of work. Easy to get on but there is a reason for that.
