Garbage rental clubs and terrible course and greens. They should refund me in full.

Greens were not the greatest, and surprisingly damp but it was a morning tee time. Very nice course

The course is in best condition that I have ever seen.

I have written reviews for this course before on google, it used to be a disaster.

It has since installed new mats to hit off on the range, these were definitely needed. This is needed for the winter season as Bermuda grass is slow growing and the range suffers for much of the season as it won't recover.

Golf carts were in great condition, no gps but that is my preference so 5 ***** for that.

The staff, was very friendly, this too was a major issue in the past. This includes the bag boys when dropping the clubs off to check-in and when leaving. Even the restaurant staff were efficient and friendly.

Cabo has had a lot of rain this year and the fairways were in great shape. The greens were cut properly (evenly cut, no mohawks), however, they still have some kind of weed issue but they look like they are getting this under control.

I use a 13 scale to rate the course (1 bad, 13 - excellent)

Carts, 12 (some may want the GPS so I deduct 1 for not having it)

Warmup Range, 8 (while the new mats are great and needed with bermuda grass, the chipping, sand and putting area could use some improvement and the practice balls are in need of being replaced)

Course layout, 10

Fairways - 9

Greens - 7 (greens were a bit slow, not sure what the would measure but perhaps a 7 or 8 on the stimp, still some weed or fungus issues).

On Course Comfort stations 8 (there is only the clubhouse for refreshments, service was fast and friendly.

Walk ability - not an option

Wash rooms on course, 10 (there are restrooms on the front and another on the back)

Some issues with cart paths, some places it is difficult to know which way to go, but I have played this course multiple times in the past so it isn't an issue for those that have done so but new players may find it to be a bit confusing.

Shopping for clubs, putter or a new bag isn't an option however there seemed to be most things you need (balls, caps, gloves, etc.)

Rental Clubs - I can't comment as we had our own clubs.

Pricing; they offer local discounts and have different pricing depending on the tee time. the price is competitive with surrounding courses.

Overall I enjoyed my round, the course wasn't very busy and we finished in 3 1/2 hours, including our stop for refreshments.

Great job on the improvements! I would rate the course at a strong 9

Definitely worth playing if you haven't been there since last year.

Interesting course design unfortunately not well maintained.

I was hesitant to golf here, but given the rate and proximity to our hotel decided to give it a try.

I have no complaints about this course.

Fairways are wide open and forgiving.

Approaches are tricky (sand, rolling fairways)

Rough is unforgiving.

Greens are mostly good (a few holes need some attention).

Overall, the pace was great and I would play there again.

Also spoke with a few Marshalls that were super friendly, and the staff at the course were all inviting.

First of all, very friendly service. They took my clubs ans cleaned them afterwards. I found a hot deal for $60 for the round and brought my wife for the $40 rider fee.

I brought water and the 4 bottles they included were very much necessary in the 90 degree heat. I loved that the course fee included range balls and I hit a few.to get warmed up.

If you're driving there, be careful as the exit comes up very fast. You drive a mile on the private road and park on a sand lot.

It's a beautiful course still under construction in parts (mostly the water hazards). Pace of play was good, I was lucky to play in a group by myself. The drink guy was parked on a few holes and there were bathrooms on the holes.

Oh! These carts were a little finicky, the forward and reverse shifts can move in the bumps, so I thought I was stranded! I called and they showed me the easy fix.

I lost maybe 3 balls ans found 2. A little windy from time to time.

All in all, good deal, book a hot deal if you see it.

Very dry. Greens weren’t cut that day or day before. Water features were pretty much empty.

Booked that morning and got on no problem. Course was in decent shape, less brown than the other 2 .i played. I would play again for sure. Houses in course were never an. Issue.

The clubhouse is rundown and un-inviting. The driving range is beat up, it’s difficult to find a flat patch of grass to hit off. Range balls old and lifeless . The course has lots of bald spots and dead grass. I expect more considering the price. The only good thing was the staff. They are super friendly and helpful.

Great value for the money. Course was in good condition for Julys heat wave .

Friendly staff. Greens were verticut recently yet turf was in decent condition for being in a drought period and Cabo doesn't receive much rainfall so I commend staff for their efforts. Good challenging design and winds add to the difficulty of play.

Friendly staff, good course layout. Poor amenities. I had to rent Clubs in the condition of the clause were poor and overpriced. The Golf ranch is dilapidated and not appealing to the eye. Truly not worth the price.

Not a fun course to play. Will only be fun with a group. Would not recommend for a single player.
